Everything about the hotel is below average; no exaggeration, the rooms and bathrooms were disgusting to a point that the idea of showering in those bathrooms would disgust you. The shower was overflowing, no tissue in the rooms (even after asking multiple times), hair in the bathroom corners, dirty balconies and floors, the bed sheets were not being changed, light bulbs were out, the sound of AC was terrible, like a helicopter in the room. We had to leave the hotel on the third day even after we had paid for a 5-night stay (no refund policy); we stayed that long (75% of this time not being spent at the hotel) because the staff promised that everything would get better and offered other rooms; rooms changed but the quality and service remained the same. Not recommended if you like rest, sleep and/or cleaniness!

it was a mess i had breakfast included and when i saw the breakfast it was just left one piece of bread and nothing to drink exept water and coffe and then he told me i habe to pay 5 dollar each and i would not recommend to go to this hotel ever

Hotel is located in a very noisy neighborhood. The area doesn't sleep at all. Rooms are not clean service is below average. Bottom line .... Seek another hotel.

Clean standart rooms, not very rich but delicious breakfast, friendly staff.. Nice roof restaurant to eat. We’ve pleased to stay orient queen. Location quiet close to Zaituna bay and easy to get touristic points.

I was disappointed with the hotel since i thought that i was going to enjoy my stay in beirut however this didnot happen , 1-The hotel room is average (executive suite) with no kittel for hot water or welcome water or coffee or tea, its like a small studio. 2- I had a burnt lamp and asked to be changed but noone changed it. 3- Room has a good balcony and bathroom and kittchinet with small electric cook , if you are student and searching for long stay u can use it, however if you r comming for short stay i donot recommend. 4- The most worst thing about the stay was the breakfast (as shown in the picture) its only 3 types of cheese with boiled eggs and bread :( Ahmed ,Ali and zahraa the receptionist were very helpful cheerfull and friendly , really i had to say thank you for them and for their efforts to make our stay good as much as they can.

Noisy neighbours. The hotel is all around the city monuments like zaytouna bay, hamra, bliss, and a 20 minutes walk will take you right to down town. It was cold and the AC didn't work as expected. Recommended for couple of nights.

Someone from the hotel staff stole my airpods that I left in the room. I was gone only for an hour. The hotel of course won’t take any responsibility for lost and damaged goods. The restaurant is always closed — which is strange for a 4-star hotel. The rooms and furniture are very old and the walls are peeling off. They provide you with a kettle but not with a hair dryer which is obviously a more essential item in a HOTEL ROOM. The location is alright and the staff at the reception are kind but that won’t compensate for the fact the hotel works with thieves.

This hotel is a scam!! The water is fairly warm and not suitable for shower(I reported this issue and they did nothing) the AC is broken - changed 2 rooms to find a working AC and the noise from it was so terrible. Internet is so slow and every person has 1.5GB of bandwidth per week!! It doesn’t meet any standard for a hotel.

1st day my room was smelling cigarettes ( once I entered the room) and I was listening to the guy from the room next to me talking like he was in my room! Thanks god they changed my room, they gave me ‘suite room’! Not sure if they know how suite room should be. Mine was full of humidity and a horrible bed….and 2 days after once i flashed the toilet a big mess happened, the drainage exploded in the room. The manager in 5 minutes he gave me a new room again! I am happy for their understanding but the value of money i gave was too much for such an experience! I requested a refund the other manager was laughing at me saying the issue was technical 🤣 Very disappointed and frustrated! The hotel is not recommend at all! P.S i have a photo of the situation in the toilet but I feel sorry to post It
