What an amazing boutique hotel! We had such a great time here. Felt right at home and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Delicious breakfast was served everyday. Location is great, the area has lots of restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended!

It is a very nice hotel,comfortable, and it looks so cozy and clean...the owner is so friendly and sociable...the breakfast is tasty...do not miss the chance to go there...must try👌👌

I arrived and got a very warm welcome by the owner himself and he took me to my room which was well prepared, clean and has all the amenities needed. The room is quite spacious and a beautiful balcony overlooking the famous Gemayze street. What I loved the most is waking up in the morning and sitting on that beautiful balcony having a Lebanese coffee with breakfast. It was an amazing moment. The hotel is situated in the perfect location, you can have everything you need in Gemayze, bars clubs restaurants or even a nice evening walk. Also wishing 5 min you are anywhere else in Beirut. Perfect location. Thought they are new but their service is also amazing with professional staff that provides a homely feeling. It simply felt like I owned an apartment in Gemayze.

Charming boutique hotel, great location, friendly owner. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Beirut. Highly recommend this gem. The only downside is that there is construction happening next door so that woke up is in the am, but noise is to the expected in Beirut. Thank you for the great stay!

The Gem is a home away from home but more luxurious;) The staff is super friendly and always at your service for anything you need. From airport pick up to laundry service and tips for where to go etc. The building is characteristic and has that typical Lebanese charm, with an antique elevator and cute balconies where you can enjoy your morning coffe/tea and even breakfast. High ceilings, very spacious rooms, dreamy beds, wardrobes to store your clothes and things, a minibar in your room, basically anything you need :) The Gem is located in the amazing Gemmayzeh area with all the nicest little cafe’s, breakfast-, lunch- and dinner-spots. Not only enjoy will you enjoy the great atmosphere, design and tastes, but also find yourself amongst the most beautiful and charming locals or Beirut. Gemmayzeh is the place to be. Mar Mikhael is at walking distance and even ‘down town’ and Zaytoune Bay can be reached by foot (20 min walk). The Sursock museum is literally only 400 meters away and there are some pretty cool shops around as well. Make sure to visit my personal favorite place for everything: Beit Kanz (same street as Sursock), where you can have amazing Lebanese food in a beautiful environment and buy local sourced and made products supporting those in need. I stayed at the Gem alone and I’ve always felt super safe walking around in the area, no matter the time. There’s always people around and there’s this nice ‘we know each other’ vibe.

This was really a stay to remember, the staff is so kind to guid you around Beirut and the service is really high standard. Rooms are all brand new and very homey. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay at the heart of Beirut.

Absolutely loved my time at this amazing boutique hotel! The cozy atmosphere and personalized service made me feel right at home. The location was fantastic, with plenty of cool spots nearby! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay special! Already excited about planning my next visit to experience this wonderful hospitality all over again! 😎

Was really a Nice boutique hotel this place make you feel at Home away from Home. Its close to shops restaurants pubs and Walking distance to Beirut downtown. The staff was so Nice in helping us to know where to go etc… We will for sure come back when we are in Libanon again.
