My recent experience at Ground Floor restaurant was nothing short of a nightmare. In the middle of our meal, a block of glass from the main entrance fell on our table, shattering everywhere. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but the staff's response was shockingly inadequate. They moved us to another table without any concern and even had the audacity to bring us the bill, despite us not finishing our dinner. It was a complete disregard for safety and customer service. I strongly advise against dining at Ground Floor and recommend finding a more reputable establishment.

Such a fabulous night, on a Friday! Amazing restaurant with great food and service. The music was top notch, the DJ deserves a raise! The decoration is refined and the crowd upscaled. Prices are according to the market. I would recommend the Pad Thai chicken salad (it was just so yummy). I am in awe with this new gem in Beirut.

My visit to Ground floor Lounge bar Achrafieh was a superb experience. I can say it is one of the best lounge bars I've visited as it has this warm and inviting atmosphere to it, with this luxurious dim lighting and comfortable seating, it felt so so amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I stepped inside. As for the food and drinks, they offered a unique selection of great cocktails and yummy international plates, all expertly crafted and delicious with great value for money. What really stood out to me were the comfortable couches and intimate seating areas, perfect for lounging and socializing with friends. Overall, my experience at this lounge bar was fantastic and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and sophisticated night out.
