    The best gym in Ashrafieh. The equipment is always clean. The coaches are always ready to assist in any way possible. Amazing vibes. In the one year I have been there I have seen a change / improvement in my physique thanks to the specialized program offered specifically for me.

    LIFT in Beirut is a fitness gem, and I can confidently say that it is the best gym in Beirut. The coaches are amazing; they tailor a special program just for you and provide the support you need to reach your fitness goals. If you are looking for a great fitness experience, I highly recommend.
