    F45 is GREAT! It's not your ordinary gym – they've got a ton of different workouts, so no workout is ever the same. The people there are super friendly and supportive. Thanks to F45, I've turned into a workout enthusiast! 💪😄

    Love the classes, coaching staff and the overall community of F45 at this new branch in Verdun. The premise is very spacious (with lots of natural sunlight), allowing each member to train comfortably as well! Couldn’t ask for a better overall experience!
