We had lunch at Pizza 1140 for lunch, the menu at Pizza 1140 offers a wide range of dishes, each promising a unique culinary experience. While the taste of the food was generally pleasant, I couldn't help but notice that the ingredients used could benefit from some adjustments to enhance their quality. The flavors were good, but I believe with a little more attention to the ingredients, the dishes could truly be exceptional. Unfortunately, my dining experience was marred by subpar service. It is evident that the service providers at Pizza 1140 are in need of training. They lacked comprehensive knowledge of the ingredients used in the dishes, which led to confusion and misinformation when I asked questions. This lack of understanding was disappointing, as it hindered my ability to make informed choices about my meal. Furthermore, despite the restaurant having a significant number of employees, there was a noticeable lack of organization, particularly when it came to customer interactions. The staff seemed overwhelmed and struggled to handle multiple tables efficiently. This resulted in delays in taking orders, bringing out the food, and addressing customer requests. It was evident that the staff could benefit from better coordination and training to provide a smoother dining experience. Lastly, I found the prices at Pizza 1140 to be on the higher side compared to the overall experience. While I appreciate the restaurant's beautiful location and pleasant taste of the food, the pricing did not align with the quality and service provided. I believe a more reasonable pricing structure would make the overall experience more enjoyable and value for money. The restaurant's organization, particularly during customer interactions, requires attention to ensure a smoother dining experience. Additionally, reconsidering the pricing structure would make the overall experience more satisfying.

The pizzas at Piazza 1140 are just fabulous! Very tasty and made to perfection. Location is adequate on a narrow and calm street. One would think being on one of those old pebbled Italian streets. Although comfortable seating can be limited as the street slopes down a bit. Then there’s the interior seating and a garden that we’ve been told wasn’t available anymore. Service could be better. Some lack of attention and lack of staff as well as the restaurant enjoys good popularity and large groups seek the establishment. But nothing that would deter from the general experience. Definitely to visit again.

Always make a reservation before coming. The food is awesome. Truffle pizza and bresaola pizza are to die for. The risotto is also wooow. Just the service is not that good .

If you are looking for authentic Italian food, especially pizza, a great location in the middle of Hammana city, feeling like you've been on a trip, so you have to try this place. Pizzas were amazing, specifically piazza.

Every time I go to Piazza1140, it never disappoints! Best and most authentic Italian restaurant in Lebanon for sure! I don’t have a specific favorite dish because they are literally all great! Highly recommended for Italian lovers! ♥️✨

I love the food and the mood. The staff is really friendly. But my concern was that our table was literally in the middle of the road and cars were crossing just a few cm away from our table.!
