Being from Saida, i'm very picky about foul, and have never found a foul place up to my standards in Beirut before visiting Issa! This place is a gem, the acidity level is perfect, garlic levels are perfect, their foul Issa special is a really fresh twist. I def will be coming back to try more of their dishes, but the basics are there, and they are reaallyy well made. Update: visited again a few weeks later and tried foul Issa and the meat fatteh.
