Had a great time visiting the brewery and talking to the people there. Also got to sample their beers and was impressed with the quality of all of them. The fact that a relatively small brewery have set up their own quality lab, speaks volumes about how serious and ambitious they are. I really hope they succeed, and judging on their beer they have every opportunity to do so.

Every time, when i spend my time in libanon i buy some Elmir beer. You can buy it in the supermarket. They have different varieties. All of them are very tasty... A special beer with an special flavor is the ALEPH. But i love pilsener too.
