It's basically not an outlet as the prices are not suitable, they are a little bit high for an outlet. Other than that some of the items are copy.

Very unprofessional, they changed the prices suddenly while I was paying at the cashier desk. They said we change the prices frequently and there has been a mistake in both my shoes price tags. They’re basically steeling from people! Terrible experience.

Selling good brands of home items, clothes and shoes! A crowded place, and you need to have the patience to look into items.

They have a variety of brands, but some of the items are not authentic but are sold as such. Everything you need for the house, kids, and adults can be found here. What I don't like is that the 30% increase in cash is a little tricky. In the end, you end up paying a lot of money. In general, it is a good place to get a few things from, but when it comes to pricing and authenticity, it is not always the best.

The lady owner needs customer service courses; they only care about $$$!!! Sales tell you a price you reach the cashier to know it’s not accurate & she simply justify “the sales person probably didnt know our updated price” and keeps arguing back and forth… Anyways was my first and last time to visit - not a one of a kind store! ;)

Regarding the clothing and footwear items, I have my doubts about authenticity. I once saw a pair of Nike air force shadown sneakers for a price much lower than the one charged, even at the US Outlet, and the saleswoman swore it was out of stock. I checked the quality of the product and it was clear that it was a copy. Honestly, I prefer to buy my clothes on European sites, which even with shipping and VAT are much cheaper than any sale in Lebanon and I am sure they are original.

They are crooks, they put the price according to the customer, the prices displayed in either pounds or dollars are not valid, so beware scammers!
