Friendly staff...results were prompt at the PCR section....reception staff were not friendly and kind of arrogant....remember we spend money here to get our medical results and they are not cheap for the average lebanese family...so at least you should be welconing

I had a communication issue with one of the employees, it was quickly rectified by Dr Wakim overall 4 stars for the prompt resolution.

We had drive-thru test at 8:00 am.very nice staff but now it is 9 pm and we are still waiting for the results at the border !!!! They are not answering our messages!! What a really bad experience!!!

Honestly they are like real theives. 10 days ago they took 250,000 lbp for my pcr test and i was in a hurry because i had a flight after 20 hours. If you go today to any lab to do a pcr test in lebanon it's between 120,000 and 180,000 lbp. What a shame!!

Customer service 3 over 10 ! Not a welcoming and caring staff They’ve told us that the result will be available at 4 now it’s 7;30 and still no result ! + no call center to receive urgents calls

Had a great Experience today with the PCR Drive through service for travelers, no appointment needed. Arrived there at 11:00am and took a test for all my 4 family members in the car. Received the results by SMS by 5:30PM the same day 👍 The nurses were very professional 🙏

Worst center ever. They do not accept your full insurance coverage and charge you 100% and then they take the same amount from your insurance. Many laboratories available in the area accept your insurance coverage.

Not honest, so expensive, so reckless, they do not respect the patients
