Bou
Melhem
is
a
very
good
choice
for
Lebanese
food
lovers
where
they
would
enjoy
their
food
within
a
very
fair
budget
in
a
pleasant
and
very
entertaining
setting.
Once
there
do
not
miss
the
followings:
•
Tabboule,
Raheb
salad
(revisited),
muhmmara,
a
succulent
homemade
marination
of
stuffed
wine
leafs,
hummus
with
grilled
walnut
mixed
with
rocca,
and
a
fine
raw
Kebbe
made
of
prime
meat.
•
batata
harra
(a
very
"delicate"
plate
in
terms
of
frying
and
definitely
the
best
one
can
have
today
over
the
market),
chicken
marinated
liver,
a
filet
"ras
asfour"
with
cashew
nuts,
almonds
and
mushrooms,
and
a
chicken
pesto
plate
with
pine
nuts.
•
their
heavenly
assortment
of
grilled
meat,
ribs,
taouk,
kafta
and
kebab
all
cooked
to
perfection
and
a
MUST
TRY
👌
We
spent
more
than
3
hours
at
Bou
Melhem
without
noticing
it!
On
a
thusday
night,
the
place
hosts
a
professional
violinist
à-la-Rieu
who
magically
transformed
the
entire
environment
into
a
superbly
cheerful
yet
classy
one
by
playing
a
repertoire
of
recognizable
russian
and
lebanese
folklore
songs.
Bou
Melhem
hosts
entertaining
programs
every
tuesday
(oud)
thursday,
friday
and
saturday
that
deserve
to
be
applauded.
Note
that
these
are
totally
for
free,
and
that
no
additional
fees
are
paid
by
customers
for
entertainment.
Definitely
Recommended.
