Probably the #1 Lebanese casual dining concept! certainly of world standard .. the menu , the service, the prices .. the whole mix is just perfect

We had breakfast in Zaatar w Zeit outdoor , the food was delicious and affordable , staff were super friendly and professional . I totally recommend this restaurant for family and friends gathering .

Below average, and definitely not a good choice compared to many other places around Zaitunay Bay. The service is very poor and the staff need training on how to serve and make things right. As a restaurant, they lag behind below average local coffee places. The tables are not even minimally furnished. I ordered coffee, then I noticed there were no sugar on the table, then later noticed that there was no spoon with the cup. 😒 When you call a waiter/waitress, they look at you and expect you to talk from a distance telling them what you want. The QR code for the menu doesn't function and you have to asknfor things you don't know or see, then get things you didn't think they would be that way. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I always used to eat from zaatar w Zeit, cause of the delicious food and specifically the manakish despite its high prices, but I didn’t like eating at this branch at all, The place is uncomfortable, as the chairs and tables are so dirty, and the space is narrow, as the tables are way too close to each other.

Great food as always. The zeitouna bay branch is one of my favorites due to the nice outdoor seating overlooking the luxury yachts. Highly recommended!

Lebanese bakery made modern and Urban with new recipes, but I consider it over priced, I still prefer the bakery of the corner for my daily man2oucheh....

Red velvet & strawberry lemon juice was so delicious

I love this branch, it's my favorite branch until now. I tried the mighty kafta its fantastic, you will never regret. I also tried the mankushe zaatar and cheese, perfection.

Had breakfast at Zaatar w Zeit Zaytuna. Needless to say, all Zaytuna Restaurants have a great ambiance as they are near the sea. For breakfast we had Potato and cheese in the pan, light halloumi and Z-Knefeh (only took a picture of the potato pan). All of them were delicious and filling. The service was very friendly as well. However, I am giving it 4 stars because I don't like a lot of what's on the lunch menu usually specially the salads which are not good in my opinion.

The zaatar and cheese manakeesh with vegetables was perfect. On another occasion, I had a delicious kale salad.

OMG!!! It is the first time that I feel so uncomfortable in a restaurant. The staff are so so sooooo rude it’s unbelievable!!!! We came to the outdoor area the table was dirty and they didn’t even clean it. During all the service, The way they look at you and answer to you it’s like you did them something wrong, no smile, almost throwing the plate at you while serving. They just serve you whatever without even listening properly your order. Really we left feeling terrible and in shock. Better to visit another branch!!!

It’s very nice place for dinner and see the sunset in Beirut. Staff is so kind and service is really good.

Very fresh and yummy good with a great view. The staff were lovely, especially Dana who had served us throughout our time! Would come again!

We ordered breakfast to work at 10:44. The operator told us it needs 35 min max. We received the order at 12 pm. Cold.

I CAN'T TRUST THIS PLACE ANYMORE. Zaatar w zeit was one of my fav places to go to. A couple of days ago, I went to get a simple wild zaatar manoushe and after takind a bite from it i realised that it was cold as if it was waiting before it was served to the table so i mentioned that to the waiter... Instead of changing it they reheated it (in the microwave or oven i don't know) and gave it back to me. I don't mind warming my food, but i don't know where do they stand when it comes to HYGIENE nowadays at this place.

It is a small place in the heart of Ashrafieh where you can enjoy the 3ajin style. Considered more expensive than other restaurant but their menu is really delicious and worth a trial. The place is small and cozy and having a friendly staffs.

This place makes a great breakfast place and is very affordable.

I wouldn’t be writing this review if I had something to eat other than the famous chicken at Zaatar w Zeit. Yesterday evening I stopped by this location and had a famous chicken, an hour later I wasn’t feeling the same. I started to feel weak and discomfort with headache coming to find out that I gotten food poisoning from the sandwich. Not sure if this is due to negligence from the restaurant staff or less turnover and not willing to throw away expired food. Be advised.
