Still one of the best places for a decent shawarma and a lebanese burger

Nothing special, burger sandwich had fries and coleslaw, which I find weird. My friend liked the kofta somewhat, not much. Didn’t like the ambience because of the very bright lights. Decoration however is not bad. Average experience overall. Not highly recommended.

The new boubouffe is well designed and neat. The waiters welcome you in a great way. The food is very tasty. The menu is the usual but it's tasty as usual. One of the best Lebanese/ Healthy/ Clean restaurants in Beirut. Shawarma is done using wood. Burgers are delicious too. Highly recommended.

People who are living in Ashrafieh know very well Boubouffe, they have a story to tell and they are well known there. I admit that the food is tasty and you can find typical old Lebanese food like 'fwerigh', I can admit that the food is clean and presented in a good way but some items are over priced and I don't know why like the Shawarma.

Ordered Shawarma plate delivery: the driest, worse shawarma. And they forgot to include the taratour and paid 500,000

Boubouffe used to make the best shawarmas in Beirut. We ordered one meat shawarma and we were shocked by the service we received

Food overpriced. 1/2 bottle of mineral water $2. Unchewable meshwi $18. Overrated and overpriced. Eat instead at Spynnes Signature Down Town. One saving grace: waitress is very kind and efficient. Floor Maitre needs retraining and needs to be exposed to the concept of "positive experience"

We tried chicken and meat shawarma. Both tasted bad. 5$ each and were small, with bad taste. Don't recommend it.

Had high hopes and was greeted fine at first. chicken shawarma was really dry and Kafta was not seasoned very well. The waitress and host seemed to laugh at our Arabic as it’s not our first language. We only stopped in for a quick bite because we weren’t very hungry and when I asked for the bill the host laughed and asked if I meant the menu. Could also hear the manager yelling at someone, not a very professional venue.

Best shawerma charcoal grilled, premium meat quality, costly a little bit . A experience not to miss 👍🏻 yummiest shawerma 👍🏻

An old time favorite! The shawarma, the daily dish and the comfort of traditional desserts. Don’t miss the fries.

Boubouffe used to make the best shawarmas in Beirut. We ordered two meat shawarmas for home delivery and we were shocked by the service we received. The sharmamas arrived completely opened with a bag that covers half of the sandwich. We then decided to call them to complain considering how unsanitary it is to receive a sandwish in these conditions. The manager was rude and Unapologetic. Instead of apologizing, he wouldn't stop arguing and did not want to admit a mistake was committed. Horrible customer service controlled by a selfish and rude management. Do yourself a favour and go eat somewhere else, there are far better restaurants that are more deserving.

Reviewing the dining experience; in no particular order: 1) Excellent food quality (presentation, taste, quality of ingredients) 2) Good service quality (professional service, friendly and knowledgeable waiters) 3) Varied menu (both international and local cuisine) 4) Good ambience/ atmosphere (calm, classy) 5) High price/ quantity ratio (items are over priced, food quantity is relatively low) 6) Proper COVID19 safety measures are in place (social distancing, hand gels on tables, reduced capacity, ban on shisha, etc.) 7) Bad delivery service Overall, would recommend, but for dine-in only.

Good shawarmas, I like the fact that they use charcoal instead of gas. However their consistency has room to improve as I've noticed that some times it's better than others. The shawarmas are relatively expensive but you do get a lot of meat on them.

Stopped here for a quick sandwich, turned out to probably be the best ever.

Nice cosy interior, and decent service but we tried both the meat (lamb-not beef as I was told!) and chicken shawarma wrap and were both underwhelmed. The lamb one had hummus inside, and the chicken one had garlic sauce and french fries and the meat was a bit dry. The "fattoush" salad was a very lemony tabhouleh with a block of cabbage. This was a bit confusing as a combo and definitely not a fattoush! The lemonade with mint was fresh but too sour/acidic for my tastes. That's probably just me though. The chocolate mousse used good quality chocolate and we enjoyed it. Not bad but not amazing either, and I wanted to love it!

Nice place, a little pricey for what you're getting but overall clean and good food.

Its one of the best Lebanese bistros in Beirut. Not fancy but feels like ur invited to someones home. Considering the high quality I would say that their prices are reasonable. I would say must try is Moloukhieh, Shawarma and Wara enab.

I love that place ... They have one of the best if not the best shawarma in the world ... The " plat du jour " is very delicious ...The owner Michel Aramouni is very picky and enjoy good food and quality as well ...
