Spacious, indoor and outdoor seating. Relaxing ambiance. Needs reservation ahead of time. Very good food and affordable prices. Wish there was low background music. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

This is one of my favorite bistros in Beirut. The ambience is extremely friendly and relaxing. A great place to wine and dine with friends away from the crowds.

Awful experience, we arrived at 10, no one greeted us, the place was totally empty, they took our salad order as we informed them we need 5 mns to order the second course and they never came back to complete the order, we ordered 2 glasses of whisky and we had to ask for it 10 minutes later, they turned off the music exactly 5 minutes after our arrival but to be fair the food is not bad. Used to be much better.

Lovely waitstaff who are professional and super quick to deliver food. Ordered the mushroom pizza and angus burger dishes. The pizza was above average, in terms of freshness, portion size, and cheese quality. The burger, however, was subpar. It wasn’t memorable enough that I would return for or even order again. And the fries appeared to be super fried multiple times or they were frozen fries. I couldn’t tell, but they weren’t great. I would only consider returning for the ambiance, low prices, and lovely staff. And if I return, I’ll try some of the food that does come highly recommended this time.

I heard a lot about this restaurant so i wanted to try it and it was really worth it. The food is really tasty and you can find a lot of choices in the menu. The staff are friendly and professional and the value is affordable for this quality of food. Plus i liked the design and the modern concept of the restaurant. The only thing bad about it is that u have to reserve before weeks.

We had the salad and the escargots provençal which were great. The fondant was amazing. The grilled chicken were burnt. Red wine was served cold in the beginning which I asked the waiter to change it

After hearing a lot about this place I decided to try it. The service was really fast but we had to wait for about 15mi ute for someone to take the order. The place is understaffed and no staff is always available at the smoking area. The food tasted okay but the dessert tasted really bad. Prices are reasonable. I do not recommend this place.

Nice place, quiet and relaxing. The food is good, not much choices but something for each taste. Parking in the area is possible. Prices are high but typical for such places: main dishes between 20.000 and 29.000 Lebanese Lira.

I wish they had more vegan options, but I did get a pretty good no-cheese vegetarian pizza

Delicious food, great portions and perfect service. Fine dining restaurant with a budget. You will be surprised from the prices comparing the quality served. You need to reserve 1 month in advance to get a table or you can go and wait in the queue for more than 45 mins to get in. Highly recommended for romantic dinners and special occasions.

One of the all time favorite restaurants in Beirut whose great food taste never changes! The plates are really rich, delicious and the prices are super reasonable. You will never find such value for money vs. quality at any other restaurant. Desserts are yummy too. Service is amazing as well, waiters are friendly, and you don’t have to wait for long for your food to arrive. In general this place is definitely a must try.

Service got worse over the years, surely they are loaded but it can be managed. Imagine ordering a plate for at least 5 times and waiting for awhile till u remind them again of what you ordered. Ps: if we were talking to walls, they would’ve heard and responded quicker.

After having been to this place several times few years ago, what I witnessed today was very unexpected. The service was extremely poor comparing to how it used to be as well as the food quality. We ordered a smoked salmon platter along with a mushroom and pepperoni pizza and the order came wrong. First, the salmon had a very low quality it was dark as you can see in the picture as well as a bad after taste. The waiter got us a margherita pizza instead of a mushroom one and told the waiter to add some mushroom on it to fix the issue instead of making us a fresh proper mushroom pizza. We then kindly asked them to make us a new order. The pepperoni pizza was overly burnt and the cheese was not fresh at all it was very chewy. Overall, all I can say is that the service and quality of food has strongly and sadly shifted backwards.

I had lunch today at Society Bistro and had a mixed experience. The overall ambience was pleasant, and the food was okay. However, I encountered an issue with a salmon platter that was served partially raw. When I brought it to the waiter's attention, they took it back to the kitchen and grilled it, despite the fact that I had already consumed some with sauce. This raised concerns about hygiene practices. I don’t think this is acceptable for a hotel restaurant, and it is not good for the other customers either

The atmosphere is nice and the staff were friendly, but slow! We had to call them over to order drinks and food. They basically ignored us. The chicken cordon blue was like a frozen one you’d buy in a box in the frozen food section and it surprisingly came with fries…for an entree for that price you’d think it would come with a vegetable and starch. The spring rolls were still frozen inside. It was disappointing.

One of the good fine dining restaurants. I recommend this place where I almost taste the whole menu. Food and desserts are tasty there. Portions are fair. It is recommended to book your table ahead.

This place was okay. The service was also okay. Everything could've been better. I ordered a steak medium well, and I came medium rare. They got is steak knives and they were all different knives. We had to literally chase the waiters down to have our glasses of water filled up. We ordered Pepsi from 6 different waiters before someone finally got us some. We were a table.of 15 people, you would think they would have at least one waiter on our table at all times! The menus were in French, no big deal, but when the food we ordered arrived, it was so basic. A shrimp and avocado salad came with cocktail sauce as dressing. Mayo and ketchup, the cheap stuff. I asked what one of the shrimp appetizers were, and the waiter explained in was cooked in the pan. When it arrived, it was just deep fried shrimp with tartar sauce. Nothing was as expected. Except the people who ordered burgers. At the french restaurant.

Nice but empty nowadays

Society Bistrot with its Fast penny strategy ;their main objective is to let their guests taste the best quality at a price that is still accessible to them in the fast casual space. Their Appetizers and salads are rather Good as is their salmon and tuna tartare . The truffle pizza is flavorsome. Make sure to order Desserts ahead of time ;As they have a limited amount. As for the pasta and Burger I would rather not order again . For a Budget friendly This is your place.

I think that this restaurant will give the greatest food quality for a very reasonable price in lebanon .. you get fine dining experience with fast service .. really admired everything not to forget about the steak with mushroom sauce ... and the appetizers are delicious as well .. at the end you can order some great desserts as well ..... the only thing that i didn't like is that their menu should be in english next to french ... because not all people know french .... but it was a very good experience and we all left pleased with full tummy

One of the best restaurants in Beirut. The food is amazing and the place is really well decorated. Staff are very professional and friendly. Despite changing some sides and menu items, the restaurant managed to maintain high standards and quality for a reasonable price after going through one of the worst economic crisis and one of the biggest explosions in the world. Highly recommend the pastas, the tenderloin steak and the refreshing and the delicious tulipe sorbet for dessert.

One cannot but enjoy a wonderful meal at Society Bistro. The place has a vibe to it that is romantic to classy to chill. Above all AMAZING value for money and this shows by the how crowded the place is day in day out. Delicious dishes, fresh ingredients, and staff above and beyond. Highly recommended for whatever occasion you have!

We had a small reception wedding at society. The place is very neatly designed and cozy. The appetizers and dessert were shared and the main dish was per request. The food was delicious! The service was great, the waiters were very friendly. In general we really enjoyed the place.
