I work there and according to our customers, they think that the staff is super friendly and helpful. The average for 2 people is 10$ . They serve american coffee, freshly prepared donuts( for sure) and bakery like muffins, croissants...

*wake up and smell the coffee; or vice versa* A nice international coffee shop and donuts store all around Lebanon. Friendly staff and a cozy place to study, read, and meet with friends. But the only negative thing is that it is cash-only.

Worst customer service ever ! Ther workers very unprofessional I don’t recommend at all.

After moving few meters away from the old place, this branch is nice clean and big enough. Unfortunately a too noisy indoor and outdoor.

I will give you 5 stars sure but i have few points please 1st i took before few days 12 donuts and it should be fresh because we are sure they are But actually they weren't and we ate them because we are sure it happens.... So just this If i can give you 10 stars I will sure ♡♡

Great location, service is excellent, coffee is great taste , doughnuts are the best , but the problem is i barely could find a place to sit , and most costumers are working on their laptops , so the place became more like a work station for many freelancers. The parking is a bit complicated, i advise you to park somewhere far and walk your way to place.

An hour to take an order?! All this without traffic!

Dunkin Donuts Abraj, starting to confuse a morning coffee and catching up on some work, with a common Friday night in Mar Mikhael. Lower the volume of your music, or much better, just turn it off. Counting the laptops on the tables, it’s truly evident that people are here to work, to dunk some donuts, and not to vibe with the beat

Tasteless frappé served, no ice! No tissues!

Coffee is not bad, but the workers are unprofessional, trying to force you to buy a certain drink despite saying No Thank You repeatedly.

I love this coffee shop and now it got even better since they relocated to the corner with bigger space. Their coffee is nice but the lattés can be very sweet but their doughnuts are to die for

A perfect place for a quick visit. Popped to spend some time with my 2 eldest kids, and we had fun. First time we do this and they both enjoyed it. Will be repeating it soon.

Dunkin donuts is a warm place for hangouts or studying as well as it serves good coffee at affordable prices
