They do not deserve even one star. The way they treated people is very bad. Plus the location is near a big garbage dump with all the bad odor. So do not expect a 5 stars with such location and this bad service.

The location is not that great, the street was dark, dirty and you have to park on the street and pay a fee. The atmosphere wasn’t the greatest, few guests were out of control that the security had to interfere. We booked a VIP table, if not the experience would be much worse. The singer didn’t have a nice voice, it was shouting more than singing, covered by the loud sound of music. The service was fast and good. The food was ok, but definitely nothing special.

All they care about is money! Got a table with no minimum charge asked the waiter if we can order glasses not a bottle, which is possible but he lied about the glasses prices so we order a bottle. Ended up ordering glasses 1hour after which was at 12:30 he comes and asks us if we want more and if not he ll give us the check what a great way to treat customers even though we wanted more drinks.

Very bad experience, sorry to say, were seated right under the DJ with the worst base sound ever. Had to leave early in the night. Place was overbooked and the management could do absolutely nothing. Best thing they offered is half price bill.

More expensive , chairs is not comfortable, cheap singer's, the people who come all they know each other , like a small party

Visited caprice twice on the weekend the ambience and music was much vibrant than a mid week night. The music was super loud specially when the singer was performing. The party got shut down around 2 pm (most of the people left) which is a bit annoying

Luxurious place when craving for nightlife,professional staff and welcoming , very secure place due to the number of the security, polite waiters and well trained, fast service, very delicious food and so the drinks, great ambience with the music played by the dj and the singers, multiple shows during the night, highly recommended.

Great entertainment and beautiful ambiance! The alcohol is not that good and the smell of "karatina" (sewage) is persistant. The open air concept is good. Overall experience was not bad!

We were 4 and had reserved a table on a Saturday, when we arrived we were seated on a table with 3 chairs the hostess told us that we were told that the table is only with 3 chairs however this never happened and no one told me so when I made the reservation. We asked for an additional chair but we didn't get one although waiters arranged some additional chairs for other tables. That night it was very crowded they let in so many people I'm sure it exceeded the place capacity by far. Our waiter was nice, music was ok but overall experience wasn't as we expected, there are better clubs in Beirut.

Good music, (all in English) and I really wanted to dance but there was NO DANCE FLOOR. It was pretty much a bar with a DJ and no dancing. Not like the traditional night clubs in the United States where you have both tables/booths and a dance floor. It was disappointing to say the least and I wouldn’t suggest this place unless you reserve a table days ahead, and are planning on just ordering drinks and listening to the music.

I always enjoy my time at Caprice, I love the renovation they did. The music is always entertaining he ambience is great the staff is polite and the drinks are good. All in all it is always a pleasurable experience.

It was a shame what happened with me last night at caprice , the place is fun but the staff is arrogant comparing to the prices u pay . I ve never seen such reaction in any place i ve visited .

The worst place ever We went to celebrate New Year’s Eve We booked 21 packs and there wasn’t enough place for all of us to sit ! Throughout the whole night ! Service was very poor We paid for 21 persons to dine they served only 5 persons !! . We had to go back to hotel and order food ! Place was stuffy , over booked , very low standard , over priced Not to be recommended at all Very bad experience

Too crowded! Went to the Bazar night with a couple of friends, the place was overcrowded, can't breathe can't move barely you can dance, and every passing is touching you with their sweat body and add to all of this the bad smell of the nearby landfill. They should reconsider adding extra fans or outdoor air conditioner or limiting the reservation. BUT THEIR MUSIC AND AMBIANCE ARE THE BEST

Very very very unprofessional from you guys. Yesterday I went there and bought a ticket of 50$ for your event I waited in line for 2 hours and at last they tell me the nightclub is full. Waw such an amazing experience I didn’t even get to enter. Next time if you want to organize an event you better know how much your nightclub can fit. Anyways I won’t go there anymore so I don’t care if you change last word.

Great club. Amazing atmosphere. For ages under 30. It gets extremely packed so try to reserve yourself a table. Music is good but staff is gave horrible service.

To be fair the place was not very special last year, but this year it’s something else, sound system is great, program is very special and they are super talented people, food is wow same as a restaurant quality not Club not bites just perfect, service is amazing and the place is clean. Speakers were placed at the floor which made strong horrible vibrations which were painful and extremely uncomfortable! Staff didn't show any intention to help or assist. They were rude and arrogant. Never coming back to this place now do I recommend it to others.

Worst place in Beirut. We were eight people and we were seated exactly where the subwoofer and speakers where and the whole table was shaking along with us. Asked for another table and they refused to move us and they were obnoxious enough to charge us when we left after less than half an hour. Will never recommend it to anyone.

Very bad experience, rude managers who don't care about customer satisfaction, the tables under the dj should be removed cause of the speakers and the sound , and no social distancing at all we complained and no one cared they said we can't do anything about it Won't come back and I will tell everyone I know about this rude attitude

the night Fetty Wop was there, i went downstairs to talk on the phone because upstairs it is impossible due to the music, i spent 200,000 L.L because I had a reserved table with a bunch of friends, i tried going back upstairs cause the night was still young of course. I tried to go back up and use the elevator they kicked me out at 1:12AM and the reason they gave me was “its too crowded” even though they let in 50 other people that just showed up, i didnt even get to see Fetty Wop perform which was the whole reason I went.
