Absolutely no respect for people’s down time. Blasting out music that rocks half of Mar Mikhael at 2 am on a Thursday is NOT ok! I don’t care how good the music is (no, it’s not, it’s actually abysmally awful), it’s simply outrageous to be so inconsiderate. I’d give -10 stars if I could.

My friend elie has reserved for this thursday 28 july 2022 too long ago he will come from abroad with his friends so these i called in order to make sure that everything is fine i was surprised that the reservation is not written the name and number not available and the girl put the blame on us is it possible? In addition i asked to talk to the manger they told we can’t we will give to the manager the girl made me feel as i am lying or or playing please share me your opinion is it professional? a?

I called to reserve and they told me since ur two girls u dont need a reservation u’ll be by the bar as a walk in guest but they didnt mention to come early so I arrived at 10:00 and their was the rudest girl ever that didnt allow me in and the way she was talking was so rude she barely looked at me and I asked her for help since its saturday night and I dont live here so she mentioned a rooftop with her finger and when I asked if they would allow me in she was like I dunno go and see this is all I know! A place like that must pick their staff wisely!

Service sucked, show was okay three different performances nothing special but it was okay. Very crowded, definitely fit more than it can handle it’s not that big. Pay attention to your bill they tell you it’s $65 a person to include food, drinks and hookah and it’s a complete lie. If you mention you are from American they will find a way to try to take advantage of you. Stay away. I truly don’t recommend it. Palms the Legend is by far the better choice.

I made a booking in person at this venue 3 days ago. Upon arrival they did not have the booking. They then said you need a female to be with you and men can not enter without a female. He then said if you want to enter you can book a table and pay 6million lebanese pounds ($200US). This is disgusting and beyond discrimination. I even argued that I came all the way from another country for this venue and spent thousands of dollars to be here. Despite thus and the booking i supposedly made, i was not permitted entry. I would give a 0 for this venue if I could. Discrimination is rampant in Lebanon with venues like this. Spend your money in another country.

Very good service. Lovely ambience. Nice place to spend the night. Downfall that while reserving over the phone they don’t mention the exclusions of the amount that needs to be paid. Be careful that arguile are not included with the amount mentioned to reserve your table. They were nice enough to understand our situation and fix it.

The stars are for the music and ambiance. Other than that, the place has the worst reservation system: you can only book for a table for 6 and the minimum charge per table must be 360$. It’s unprofessional and the rules are pointless. The food is ok. The jalapeño cheese balls had no jalapeños inside, the spicy guac is not spicy at all. The truffle fries has a tiny bit of truffles only If it weren’t for the music i would’ve left.

Beautiful spot in Mar Mkhayel, historically it was the train station spot. The decorations is nice and the entrance is exceptional. Great place if you're looking to party Lebanese style, specially on Bazar night on Fridays where they get a one man show (Carlos for example). The service is great and the food is delicious. The place is packed also so make sure to book a nice big table in order to enjoy some space.

Your club’s most vital asset is its customers, without them, you would not and could not exist in business. Zero customer service and very disrespectful staff. We came all the way from the north, we were 10 mins late and respectfully gave a phone call to assure that we’re on our way, you were very helpful and mentioned that you’ll put a note till we arrive. We arrived 9 people clueless that our table was canceled and we were kicked out rudely on the door from a very ill-mannered man. We tried calling the management more than 30 missed calls, no one answered. On the other hand, many late people were let in bcz they probably know the security or someone inside. How disrespectful and unprofessional! I would never return or recommend you. 1 star review.

No respect for residents of Mar Mikhael blasting music on a Thursday until past 2:00am. - Hey manager, NO ONE wants to hear your horrible, outdated Arabic/English playlist. You are polluting Mar Mikhael with your noise and ruining everyone's life. Current and future customers, please stay away from this place. DO NOT contribute to its financial success. Such places should not be allowed to operate as they ruin people's lives.

Great ambiance with amazing music had a wonderful time on Saturday night. Yes the place could be over crowded and don’t expect to have the fastest service ever but this is not important because you’ll dance non stop.

The worst place in Lebanon. They are irrespectful and unethical. We booked a table at 10pm and confirmed in the afternoon. We arrived at 10.15pm and we were surprised to know that our table was canceled. They even refused to answer why this happened and didn't allow us to get in and talk to the manager, so we left! This is not a way to treat people... shame on you, you don't even know how to speak with your guests!

We had called and specifically asked what would the minimum charge be, and they verbatim said that no minimum charge was to be paid; under the condition that at least a single bottle was to be ordered on the table. Mid-party; they let us know that the minimum charge was $150; something we asked about on the phone and weren’t told. I’d keep away from the dirty liars and robbers of Sayf if I were you.

Very nice ambiance, amazing music, the sound system is professional, the musicians are incredible, the life performance is breath taking. Highly recommended, surround yourself with nice company and enjoy an amazing night 🥰

The staff is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. We made reservations but waited at the door for 15 minutes. Overpriced and a total disappointed.

Although we had to almost beg to get us in because we were 10 mins late and maybe call the entire management to let us in, we booked a table at what they call (left side of the stage) but we ended up sitting exactly behind it where they bring the stage in a closed steel box and you can see nothing at all. Better to buy a CD and listen to the music, it would be the same!

So overrated. The service was awful. So was the music, the dj played tiktok and a bunch of unknown songs 👎🏽

The music and the ambi nice were out of the world especially the liv drums show that they do in the middle of the night prices are a bit high however it's worth it. Make sure to choose ur kind of deinksnor else they will get you the cheap kind of vodka

Lovely Beirut hangout. You need a reservation however early you arrive. Sit under the "upside down" table and enjoy tue music.

The music, ambience, and drinks are pretty good. The staff are also great, but management is absolute trash. We were a group of 5 and got charged for a group of 8 which is unacceptable. I didn't come all the way from Canada to be robbed. Cannot recommend this place less because of this

We had a reservation and our friends were waiting us in, unfortunately we didn’t know that there is a dress code , my friend was wearing a short, when we reached the ambassador girl , she approached in a very rude and impolite way … that he can’t enter wearing short .. she mentioned I asked you if there is reservation first since if no you can’t enter either way….such nice place must work on training there stuff more how to talk with people or at least put the right people in the right place ..
