I’ve been coming to ABC Verdun since it has opened, every year I visit Beirut. Two major issues I have are: #1 If you have a stroller, if you’re elderly or if you’re handicapped good luck getting around. The elevators have no priority for these people, and are being utilized by healthy young individuals with no stroller or wheelchair; when they can she escalators. Thus, the elevators are always extremely busy. There is no large sign indicating the priority for individuals mentioned above. This silences and causes hardship on the demographic of handicapped individuals, elderly, and mothers with strollers. #2 There is no designated area to pray. The prayer area is closed with the irrational excuse for health purposes; while the entire mall is up and running. Basically if you’re someone who wants a quiet space to pray regardless of your religion; you don’t have that space. ABC Management you can do better.

Unbelievable poor customer service! I bought a 4 pairs of shoes for my children less than a month ago. However one of them the strap broke due to poor quality. When I asked for a replacement they told me the following: 1. They cant give me replacement “because the shoes where worn!” Yes that is what you do with shoes from a so called reputable company… but you don’t expect things to go wrong less then a month 2. “Children wear out their shoes because they wear it all the time” what BS! You have no clue of customer service … i shopped from you and paid your high prices so i can have peace of mind What you just told me is not to shop at your establishments !!
