Hello, i went there with friends! This is my first experience in this branch (Sodeco) Excellent eating experience.. from walking in the door and being greeted by employees, seated and drink order taken, was maybe 5 minutes. Meal was served hot and excellent taste. Server was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is a very small place! Even there is a very small circular stairs in order to go to the toilet. Thank you guys!

The location is in a perfect spot in downtown beirut @ Zaytuna Bay. The quality of food is always premium, fresh, and tasty. Raps, salads, french fries, and all types of chicken got an amazing taste. You can blindly order anything and be sure you will have a nice experience. As for the view, you will be having such a chill relaxing view just on the marina and the calmness of the sea. I highly recommend this restuarant if you are craving for food :)

Good atmosphere and food is great. Clean and cozy place for friends and family to get together. The only problem is that there's only one bathroom for both genders, so going in is a hassle.

One of the best restaurant chains in Lebanon. They serve sandwiches in the best flat bread, always fresh. They have vegan and vegetarian options as well. Staff is friendly, service is fast.

I received the chicken tenders burnt. It never used to happen. Food and service level are going down.

Absolutely disgusting experience- kafta tasted like shredded gummy bears, famous chicken was tasteless and the fries and cheese plate had about 10 pieces of fries. horrible portions and tasteless food, that's not the zwz we are used to.

Food was excellent as usual, should be as it’s not cheap; but tonight stuff where very unprofessional... i suggest to drive 2 friends from Egypt to eat there, they order and pay (no receipt given) and food comes 1 sandwich short, we claim it and they bring but stuff made an issue when we where leaving. They MUST give receipt when order is placed and cash collected to avoid such issue. I know place owner gonna read this, u can check sodeco branch around 2 am tonight ask your stuff about this. They where rude somehow. Order was wrong or one sandwish was missed; if receipt was given this wouldn’t happens. Sorry one star cuz my friends nag and blame me cuz i suggests to take them there.

Perfect food, my favourite is Cesars salad with grilled chicken. Great waiters around you. I really enjoyed company and atmosphere in this restaurant.

The food was good but the ambience and overall tidiness is not like what it used to be. Hygiene is poor Service is okay Lack of professionalism at times.

Zaatar w Zeit scores high in terms of a friendly welcoming place. It is across the street of the office and, it's always crowded and busy with people from all ages. What i want to higlight is the fact that they serve me in my own food container, i do that to reduce plastic use. I always bring my containers with me and Tarek the branch manager happily helps me in my order. I hope that ZوZ will find a formula encoraging people (with incentives) to use their own reusable container in order to reduce plastic consumption. Bravo to all staff there for the good mood.

Maybe mu rating is probably harsh on ZWZ generally, but maybe that way ZWZ would maybe reconsider some of the things i will be talking about. Dont get me wrong, the food there is clean, and the service is nice in most of the branches, however i will never understand how people should be paying this much money for pita bread with toppings. Forgive me ZWZ but i think you re ripping people s wallets comparing to what you are serving. The amount i pay at your restaurant will buy me nice meals in a lot of good chains in the country, and I wouldn’t be getting some zaatar manouche or some small chicken wrap. After saying that, in would like to say that going there for an early breakfast would be nice, also their food is kind of tasty and some of their dishes are famous. ZWZ is famous for their kafta wrap, spicy chicken, and their boom burgers were trending. My opinion and advice to people would be to actually go and encourage smaller lebanese bakeries as well as other authentic lebanese restaurants that serve lebanese breakfasts instead fo going to ZWZ and throwing money to this giant chain for no reason.

Typical Zwz experience : great place to have a bite on the go, with friends or meet-ups over food. Food is good and service is always prompt

Casual place fair prices for the food offered ...

an old restaurant that introduced the concept of 24/7 restaurants in Beirut more than 20 years ago. since then it has grown and new branches were open and the menu kept expanding. I really recommend this place for breakfast and after parties.
