All other emergencies are not considered anymore, only COVID COVID COVID. The staff tried to help but upper management made them discharge all non-COVID patients.

Tell the little dog at the door pretending to be a security guard to go back to the cage he came from. He is completely racist and has no respect for anyone in a scarf. People walk in without masks yet scarfed women can’t. Do not recommend to come to this hospital with this man working here. Completely disgusting. Ruins the reputation of the hospital completely

I'm ashamed to say that I'm having the worst experience in this hospital. I'm an LAU graduate so I want to believe that my university's hospital is great but it's not. No doubt that the medical team is top notch, hence the two stars, but when it comes to the administration, something is definitely not right. The patient was out of the surgery at 9am. They kept her in the recovery room for two hours because there were no available rooms in the hospital (what?) After complaining, they found an empty room in a delivery room (funny, I know) and told us she'll get a room in the next hour. It's 3pm and she is still in some random delivery room. No self respecting hospital would allow such situation. A patient being rolled from one room to another. 6 hours (and still counting) after a major surgery and she is still not settled in her room. If you're overloaded, do not accept patients!!!

Rizk Hospital is having a drawback in terms of services. The nurses were very rude. After the surgery, they didn’t get the patient his meal until we called them and reminded them. Doctor didn’t come to check on the patient after the surgery, and when we asked them for the doctor, they said that his assistant will come. We waited for hours and no one showed up! When we asked twice about where the doctor’s assistant is the nurse rudely answered :”we told you he’s coming don’t you understand?” Definitely not the same service as before!

The price is higher than the service provided. The service and care for the patient is sad. My aunt entered the intensive care room. The staff next to her hears their loud voices and laughter all night. She could not sleep all night, in addition to the old and loud Ac sounds. Finally, it turned out that they put the patient in the old section, unfortunately.

It's my first time coming to this hospital. I regularly do "Venofer Injections" at another hospital, but since my Dr. left that hospital, I had to come here this time. While taking the appointment, I requested it to be at about 10:00-11:00 am but they insisted on making it at 07:00 am stating that they have no availabilities later. I came on time and I've been waiting for like an hour and a half in my room and I haven't got injected yet. The whole process shall take like 2-3 hours so why let me wait that much?! The toilet wasn't clean as well, I asked them to clean it after I got in.. I do like the Dr much but I would no longer want to have my other injections done here!

What a disgrace of a so-called medical center. Substandard laboratory services and unresponsive customer service. Confusing and misleading directions and junior, non-medical staff being delegated the communication of private medical information. A terrible experience.

Worst hospital in Lebanon. My uncle did two operations by the so called orthopedic surgeon who completely messed up (twice!!) and did not dare to acknowledge his mistakes. No follow-up, no acknowledgment. We went to another hospital and they finally took things seriously. This surgeon and the hospital management are a joke.

My first visit to this hospital and I was very disappointed! Many receptionists and front desk employees are rude and unprofessional. I experienced bad service with a receptionist on the 5th level (we had to justify the need for a simple receipt to be given one) and at the payment counter.

This is my first visit as a patient to LAUMC Rizk Hospital. The front liners, the admission office, the PAU, the one day surgery staff, the OR as well as the 4th floor medical , nursing and physiotherapy teams were amazing. Professional and compassionate care best describes my experience at LAUMCRH. Dr. Chanine Assi and his team of doctors and residents were simply amazing. My surgery went smoothly and my recovery faster than ever expected. Cannot thank Dr. ASSI enough for his support and care. Long life to this medical center that deserves the financial, moral, academic and medical support needed to maintain its humanitarian mission and high quality of medical care.

Rizk Hospital in Beirut and its departments are heading to the best in terms of modern equipment in all departments, and when the patient comes, the emergency department receives him with all craftsmanship and the doctors are very excellent and highly experienced, and the hospital administration works hard for the success of all departments and inspects everything carefully. I wish the patients recovery Urgent and thanks to the hospital staff

Some staff have racisim issues with hijabi, even though I came with my 11 month baby , and it was a test for him. Besides did not allow me to do it or cancel it at the accountant and turn my money back eventhough am still at her desk. Forgein countries treat me with more respect than i got treated

I was sick with climatic flu and was dehydrated. Fact, I was on a bed and with a doctor and nurse within 20 minutes. Shame, in Canada we wait hours to see a doctor at many hospitals.

Worst hospital in Lebanon!! unprofessional, untrained personnel and not to forget their ‘gods’ doctors are unreachable!! Edit: January 3rd 2023 Ms. Mirna from Dr. Assi clinic called me from WhatsApp (encrypted call) to blackmail me, Saying: I remove the review first to be able to take an appointment. Note that I had my shoulder surgery in November and until now I haven’t had the luxury to see my dr (Assi) or start my physical therapy… Thank you guys!! This experience went from bad to ugly

My experience at LAU Medical Hospital was highly unsatisfactory. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was kept waiting for an unbearable two and a half hours. This level of disregard for patients' time is simply unacceptable. It's evident that the hospital's scheduling system and management of appointments are severely lacking. I urge them to address this issue promptly to ensure a more efficient and respectful experience for patients in the future

I am not sure what’s the issue with the emergency department! I visited on Jan 19 as a patient and was told to wait at least an hour to have a room! I had to leave and go elsewhere. Today I visited with a friend who was sick and after waiting for roughly 30 min for a room, they basically put a random bed in the hallway as a room! Mind you his insurance is room class not some random bed in the middle of no where! No sense. What’s going one LAU, the quality is dropping lower than public hospitals. Very disappointing Edit; It’s been almost an hour and a half no doctor came to check on the patient. I am standing next to his bed with no chair Shame on you LAU

our experience was so bad, we waited for three hours for the acceptance of the insurance and we found out that the insurance already accepted but they didn't inform the nurses, so we waited three hours to do an xray, it turned out that my friends elbow is broken and they didn't do anything about it, we waited than more than one hour for them to come and put an "arm sling" for her that doesn't help her at all it just reduces the pain and they didn't show the xray to a professional doctor.
