Was one of Lebanon's best leading and referral hospitals. Thanks to the medical and paramedical staff this institute is still standing on it's feet. Facing all the political burdens and the hate of it's competitors trying to bring it down. It offers one of the best medical training in Lebanon. It is still a true landmark that needs to be protected and preserved.

Rafic Hariri Governmental Hospital is the first in Beirut, and the departments in it go to the best in terms of modern equipment in all departments, and when the patient comes, the emergency department receives him with all professionalism and the doctors are very excellent and highly experienced and the administration of the hospital works hard for the success of all departments and inspects everything Strictly, I wish the patients a speedy recovery and thank the hospital staff

I went there at the advice of my pulmonologist and this hospital succeeded where aubmc failed twice. Thank you for offering me the best care for COVID19 and saving my life, at the lowest cost in the country. A+ Cleanliness, professionalism, rigor and bedside manner 🙏🏻 If like me you live abroad and don't have health insurance, or if you do have insurance, give this place a shot, they deserve your business.

The out Patients stuff needs a replacement they’re not professional at all, they don’t answer the phone So you probably need to call like 20 times maybe they bother them selves and answer. Yet I’ve been given an appointment for today!!!! Tuesday 25 May … and they’re closed !!!! Haven’t seen such a stupid disregardful & disrespectful stuff 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

One of the worst hospitals, worst emergency departments. This is a slaughter house not a hospital. They made us wait for 2 hours and did not even let the patient in the ER. This is terrible and unforgivable.

This hospital looks like a ghost town from a zombie movie. The staff are rude and unhelpful. People smoke in halls.

With the difficult conditions the country is going through, this government hospital still provides the best possible medical services.

I worked at this Hospital from the scratch Until finish. High tech equipment's. It got everything advance Hospitals lack. I remember when the head Doctor use to bring Doctors from all over the world to tour the Hospital. He was proud of what his country accomplished.

I took my wife one night, she needed an urgent ECG and an antiemetic. The ECG was done more than one hour after our arrival and it was unprofessional ECG with four important leads missing, the staff member took a photo of the ECG and sent it to the doctor over WhatsApp and then the doctor came after half an hour.

I sent my grandma there because she has covid but they don’t have the right medicine nor the right equipment, they made us go buy the needed stuff and then they “lost” them, and the nurses are rude and disrespectful, overall never go here, customer service is none existent. Also I forgot to mention this in the main paragraph but the hygiene there is very bad

overworked underpaid staff . ICU dedicated staff but no one to one care as should be in ICU's. Apparent poor supervision for trainees. No senior person invites family to explain progress on complex case. Family frustrations and concerns are underestimated. Has potential but lack of support. Senior Doctors need to roll up their sleeves and be more involved and teach those keen hard working young doctors Lack of resources you even need to supply pillows and skin creams Ministry of health needs to make this hospital the flag ship of health care in Lebanon and honour heath service and the late Prime minister Hariri as it carries his name. Mr Sa'd Hariri and his awaited government has to take this matter seriously to play some part to improve the health of the nation
