I work out, thats more than enough of a review to make anyone who wants to break a sweat to train at PT78. The place is clean and the people that train do so because they Wang yo train. An equip of professionals to make sure you don't pull the wrong muscle 😉💪

It's small, feels a little tight trying to find a space to get weight workout in. Equipment is outdated, a lot of rust on the equipment. No water dispenser, you must bring your own water or buy there, towels are very old so bring your own towel. he saunas don't work, they are more for the workers to sleep in. Really hope the standards can be raised as this is a convenient location but not the best in the area.
