The masseuses were extremely unprofessional, they kept whispering, chit-chatting, and laughing throughout our massage. Little to no care for the comfort of their clientele. The place has worn out towels and wash rags (should not even be presented let alone used on the clients). The overall massage experience was awful, unprofessional, and caused us discomfort. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

First of all, that was not a spa!! I was shocked to discover that : - waited 15 mins, their excuse was that they are preparing and cleaning my room - arrived to the room and discovered that the room was not even clean nor organized - it contained dirty towels, messy beds, & even the towels that i was going to use had holes in them - the masseuse could have been more professional and less talkative (and i was left to wait 10 additional minutes in the room just to take off my t-shirt which takes 30 seconds) - the massage was below average and definitely not worth the price i paid - the shower was the dirtiest, with hair and stuff everywhere - no hot water (it seems the shower head is broken too) Left this place feeling disgusted, uncomfortable and scammed. I don't recommend anyone going to class sport spa mansourieh!!
