No fitting room, staff are sleeping most of the time and barely helps u, also the prices is all over the place u read something it might be 30x more, if ur looking for a bad time check this place out

Unprofessional and very disrespectful staff they don't know how to communicate with people they shout and screamed at me and different client they start their sentences by shouting i was so shocked that i didn't say anything worst shopping experince .

Very BAD experience with RUDE STAFF👎

Worst customer service. We waited in the queue and the member of staff let someone he knows push in the queue and served her. When I called him up on it he just shrugged served her regardless of knowing it is wrong and when he called me to be served dealt with me ij a rude manner crunched our clothes in the bag instead of putting them in neatly, despicable and atrocious behaviour. I've bought from handm from various locations but this is the worst experience I have ever dealt with. H&m is literally paying staff to stand around and talk.

Affordable prices, okay customer service

Although I cannot find proper clothes for myself since I have come in Beirut, but H&M is the only place from where I could find some proper clothes.
