One of the best healthy restaurants that you can visit! The place is comforting, clean and outs you in a good mood. The colors (white and green) used in the restaurant makes you feel relaxed. The owner is welcoming and friendly. The food is just heaven. Tasted the burger, chiken avo wrap, chiken quessdillas, cheesecake and pancakes. Literally they are all awesome and mouthwatering. I cannot even choose what is best between those. The place is a must Try!! Personally it is becoming my nee addiction!

I recently ordered the Fitness Favorite Bowl, and I have mixed feelings about it. The bowl includes black rice, edamame, smoked salmon, avocado, mango, and sweet potato. However, I was disappointed with the portion sizes. The edamame, mango, avocado, and sweet potato were quite small compared to the generous portion of black rice. Additionally, the smoked salmon seemed a bit dry. Overall, I expected more balanced portions, and the meal left me somewhat disappointed.

They have the best food you can ever have, BUT terrible service, terrible internal communication, terrible coordination, they never correct their mistakes!!! I subscribed for 2 months for their mealplans: 1st they sent me my meals on Saturday (they don't send them on Saturday) to my workplace and i was off.. Without asking me. I live outside beirut and asked them if they deliver to my location when needed, their answer was suuure just tell us 1 day before. So i am telling them and they are like no we deliver to your location on specific days, tomorrow we cannot send them. I requested speaking with a manager to clarify this miscommunication issue and they gave me the number of their head driver. I again asked to speak with a manager, and a guy named Gaith called me. As i see from other comments, there is also pierre who is also a manager.. Apparently they are all managers there. Anyway Gaith was not that interested in resolving the issue. Just some bla bla about yes we apologize, will not happen again. Another time i asked them ahead of time if they will deliver on that specific day to my location and confirmed that i will be home, they said sure you will receive your box, surprisingly (or not) the driver contacts me the next morning to confirm my beirut location 🙃 and he was shocked when i told him i am home and not at work. He was very mean saying "it is clear that we don't deliver to your location today". And this is the head driver we are talking about. He delivered the bix to my home anyway but with a very mean attitude as if it was my fault they have this bad communication! Although i asked him not to deliver it anymore, to send it to another location in Beirut. Since then the driver, again, the head driver, is delivering my box, in this hot summer weather, without informing me that the box arrived, i don't know who received the box, who coughed over it in this covid pandemic, and the box stays for 2 3 hours without refrigerator. Needless to say that more than 3 times the juices were spoiled. I complained several times but nothing changed. And spoke yesterday with a lady who promised that they will change the driver/attitude but again, today, the box was delivered at 6 am without informing me. I contacted the manager's number and asked them to inform me when the box arrives, but again and not surprisingly, the box was there for 4 hrs without me receiving it or knowing. It appears the owner/managers doesn't care about the service they are providing. Although the food is very good, it is not worth bearing this treatment. After all i was paying 5,000,000 per month for my meals.

Had a bad experience a few times but the Glow Team called and made it up, excellent customer service, thank you for the free replacements, will continue to order from Glow.

This place is really interesting for healthy customers. They have tasty juices, free guilt meals. The thai chicken skewers and chicken avocado were super delicious. Also, they have healthy, low calorie burgers! Don't feel guilty, try their burgers.

I was impressed by this healthy juice bar and restaurant providing detox plans , healthy and energetic juices and tasty guilt free meals . Who said healthy is not tasty and boring. Glow proved it wrong . The guacamole was creamy and flavorful. The salmon philly rolls were light and tasty. Chicken avocado wrap was healthy and delicious. The superfood burger came in a charcoal bun , juicy meat , with a side of sweet potatoes fried in coconut oil and with a vegan based coleslaw. The hawaiin chicken burger came with a twist , terrusky ananas filling in a beetroot bun with skinny guilt fries . Make room for the healthy- ish delicious carrot cake and a vegan chocolaty brownie. Lets glow together with superfood . Self care is self love . Go healthy go glow 👍

Healthy people, people on diet and Keto lovers are invited ro try this place. Superfoods made in a healthy way with low calories style food. The beef burger is tasty and the guacamole as well. The decoration is calm, nice and light. The table setting is special as well.

By far the best healthy restaurant you could go to in Lebanon. Everything is guilt free, the calories are so few you could burn in a workout, and best of all you won't be depriving yourself from the yummines of good food so you won't need to cheat!

Usually i recommend this place i love the food but today was disappointed i ordered salmon bowl. Paid 21$ For a quarter salmon poor portion tasteless. Its just waste of money Sad

Best keto burger and chips I have ever had. I couldn't believe it is not corn or wheat flour but apparently not. And keto or not it's pretty good. Definitely worth trying.

It’s a great experience. The ambience is very welcoming and charming. The food was amazing. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations specially there was a waiter when i got their known as grace she was so kind and friendly!!

Glow is my new home. Ever since they opened this branch in Naccache, I constantly find myself dropping by for some healthy food. I’m impressed by their wide variety of vegan and healthy choices. Definitely worth a visit 👌🏻
