They
have
the
best
food
you
can
ever
have,
BUT
terrible
service,
terrible
internal
communication,
terrible
coordination,
they
never
correct
their
mistakes!!!
I
subscribed
for
2
months
for
their
mealplans:
1st
they
sent
me
my
meals
on
Saturday
(they
don't
send
them
on
Saturday)
to
my
workplace
and
i
was
off..
Without
asking
me.
I
live
outside
beirut
and
asked
them
if
they
deliver
to
my
location
when
needed,
their
answer
was
suuure
just
tell
us
1
day
before.
So
i
am
telling
them
and
they
are
like
no
we
deliver
to
your
location
on
specific
days,
tomorrow
we
cannot
send
them.
I
requested
speaking
with
a
manager
to
clarify
this
miscommunication
issue
and
they
gave
me
the
number
of
their
head
driver.
I
again
asked
to
speak
with
a
manager,
and
a
guy
named
Gaith
called
me.
As
i
see
from
other
comments,
there
is
also
pierre
who
is
also
a
manager..
Apparently
they
are
all
managers
there.
Anyway
Gaith
was
not
that
interested
in
resolving
the
issue.
Just
some
bla
bla
about
yes
we
apologize,
will
not
happen
again.
Another
time
i
asked
them
ahead
of
time
if
they
will
deliver
on
that
specific
day
to
my
location
and
confirmed
that
i
will
be
home,
they
said
sure
you
will
receive
your
box,
surprisingly
(or
not)
the
driver
contacts
me
the
next
morning
to
confirm
my
beirut
location
🙃
and
he
was
shocked
when
i
told
him
i
am
home
and
not
at
work.
He
was
very
mean
saying
"it
is
clear
that
we
don't
deliver
to
your
location
today".
And
this
is
the
head
driver
we
are
talking
about.
He
delivered
the
bix
to
my
home
anyway
but
with
a
very
mean
attitude
as
if
it
was
my
fault
they
have
this
bad
communication!
Although
i
asked
him
not
to
deliver
it
anymore,
to
send
it
to
another
location
in
Beirut.
Since
then
the
driver,
again,
the
head
driver,
is
delivering
my
box,
in
this
hot
summer
weather,
without
informing
me
that
the
box
arrived,
i
don't
know
who
received
the
box,
who
coughed
over
it
in
this
covid
pandemic,
and
the
box
stays
for
2
3
hours
without
refrigerator.
Needless
to
say
that
more
than
3
times
the
juices
were
spoiled.
I
complained
several
times
but
nothing
changed.
And
spoke
yesterday
with
a
lady
who
promised
that
they
will
change
the
driver/attitude
but
again,
today,
the
box
was
delivered
at
6
am
without
informing
me.
I
contacted
the
manager's
number
and
asked
them
to
inform
me
when
the
box
arrives,
but
again
and
not
surprisingly,
the
box
was
there
for
4
hrs
without
me
receiving
it
or
knowing.
It
appears
the
owner/managers
doesn't
care
about
the
service
they
are
providing.
Although
the
food
is
very
good,
it
is
not
worth
bearing
this
treatment.
After
all
i
was
paying
5,000,000
per
month
for
my
meals.
