My
friend
and
I
recently
visited
this
massage
place,
lured
by
the
prospect
of
a
relaxing
massage.
From
the
start,
the
cleanliness
of
the
facility
was
commendable
and
the
quality
of
the
massage
delivered
was
nothing
short
of
great.
We
appreciated
the
expertise
and
professionalism
of
the
massage
therapists.
However,
our
experience
was
significantly
marred
by
the
unwelcome
behavior
of
the
reception
staff
and
gym
coaches.
Their
conduct
bordered
on
passive
aggression,
a
stark
contrast
to
the
relaxing
environment
we
anticipated.
What
made
matters
worse
was
the
evident
lack
of
proper
communication
-
we
were
not
informed
that
the
establishment
closed
at
9
PM.
Just
a
few
minutes
shy
of
this
closing
time,
we
overheard
the
receptionist
and
personal
trainers
exchanging
comments
about
their
ending
schedule
and
our
presence,
making
us
feel
like
an
imposition
rather
than
valued
clients.
We
chose
this
facility,
willing
to
pay
the
premium
fee
of
$140,
with
the
expectation
of
a
high-quality
service.
The
massage
itself
lived
up
to
this
expectation,
but
the
staff's
attitude
and
their
lack
of
hospitality
left
us
deeply
frustrated
and
regretful
of
our
decision.
In
the
end,
I'm
disheartened
to
say
that
I
cannot
recommend
this
establishment.
I
believe
everyone
should
be
able
to
enjoy
their
treatment
without
feeling
rushed
or
disrespected.
While
the
massage
service
itself
was
satisfactory,
the
overall
experience
was
not.
It
is
a
place
we
won't
be
revisiting
nor
would
I
advise
anyone
else
to
do
so.
The
experience
failed
to
justify
the
price
tag
due
to
the
disappointing
conduct
of
the
staff,
reminding
us
all
that
a
true
quality
service
extends
beyond
the
treatment
room.
