This is by far the best spa I've tried in Beirut. Super friendly yet professional staff. Despite the central location in the middle of a busy city, G Spa is so serene. I tried a body scrub and a massage session and both were perfect. The physiotherapist are kind, professional and well trained, shoutout to Celine and Maya two elegant physiotherapists/masseuses. They respect the timing of the sessions, they also provide high hygiene, great atmosphere and relaxing environment. I loved their service and will definitely come back again. Great value for your money here, highly recommended.

You wouldn’t expect to find serenity in the middle of a busy city, nestled underground, this SPA offers the best services you can find. The staff is helpful and professional, you can make a day out of it. With your massage you get access to pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna and the relaxation room. Still great massages but the customer service is down to zero. Pre payments required even if you have been there several times. Last time my booking for the next day got cancelled because I didn’t make the prepayment on the day of the booking before 7 pm (as I was still in the office). Thanks but no thanks

I have been twice for massages. The first time I arrived to find that the person who had taken the appointment had made a mistake about the date. No apologies but I was offered a 30 minute massage instead of the 50 minutes I had booked. That then turned into a 20 minute massage, which was in fact a 15 minute massage. A very pricy 15 minutes. I was promised that there would be no shortcuts on my next visit. I went back again, attuned to the possibility that my massage would be shorter than what I had paid for. Same problem. Yes, these are first world problems and should be no big deal, but I can't understand why G Spa can't just give their clients the service promised. There's a massage place across the street from the Radisson Martinez that offers the same ambience and cheaper prices without the shortcuts.

Dear all, my review only relates to the hair salon. I came to trim my split ends and repeated several times to take 1cm (+/- 0.5). First, the person washing my hair smelled strongly of cigarettes and stood not behind but above me, exposing me to his armpit. The hairdresser seemed experienced but kept cutting, assuring me it was 1cm by pointing to the hair on the floor. The fact that he did 3 or 4 rounds of cutting didn’t seem to alert him to the fact that he was taking off more. I ended up with much shorter hair than I wanted, with patronising mansplanations insinuating I did not know how long a centimetre was. The receptionist charged me twice the price I paid last time and when I objected to the quality of the service, she said the manager was not around and that that she could not take any decisions without him. She assured me he would call me (which of course he has not). If you want a hairdresser that listens to you and doesn’t do what they think is best instead, and if you want decent service all around, run from this joint. Most definitely not recommended.

My friend and I recently visited this massage place, lured by the prospect of a relaxing massage. From the start, the cleanliness of the facility was commendable and the quality of the massage delivered was nothing short of great. We appreciated the expertise and professionalism of the massage therapists. However, our experience was significantly marred by the unwelcome behavior of the reception staff and gym coaches. Their conduct bordered on passive aggression, a stark contrast to the relaxing environment we anticipated. What made matters worse was the evident lack of proper communication - we were not informed that the establishment closed at 9 PM. Just a few minutes shy of this closing time, we overheard the receptionist and personal trainers exchanging comments about their ending schedule and our presence, making us feel like an imposition rather than valued clients. We chose this facility, willing to pay the premium fee of $140, with the expectation of a high-quality service. The massage itself lived up to this expectation, but the staff's attitude and their lack of hospitality left us deeply frustrated and regretful of our decision. In the end, I'm disheartened to say that I cannot recommend this establishment. I believe everyone should be able to enjoy their treatment without feeling rushed or disrespected. While the massage service itself was satisfactory, the overall experience was not. It is a place we won't be revisiting nor would I advise anyone else to do so. The experience failed to justify the price tag due to the disappointing conduct of the staff, reminding us all that a true quality service extends beyond the treatment room.

Unprofessional management, I do not recommend to buy a gift voucher. Bad experience, disappointed.

My favorite spa and gym! You enter to a different world, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The spa offers a lot of treatments, massages, I strongly recommend the cure, it helps you know what u exactly need to shape up. If you are looking for a spa day package, you wanna try the Oriential one or the G spa signature massage. The aqua section had it all and is great for all those who prefer training in a pool rather than a gym. The gym is equipped with the latest equipments and is well lit. You can train on your own or ask for a PT. G spa also won the SPA A award for the 4th time in the Middle East. If you haven't been there yet you should definitely visit it soon.

Had better expectations. Masseuse says she is a physiotherapist but maybe get a masseuse to massage. Plus I said I need shiatsu, I asked the masseuse that usually it's done without oil, she says yes then puts oil. Weird and I didn't say anything so would not hurt their feelings but this was a really average place. Did not feel the benefits after. People are nice though.

It's the best place in Beirut, where you would receive professional treatment and an amazing professional massage. You never feel rushed, and they take their time. It actually felt like one of the longest massages I have experienced. I would really recommend Ms. Joelle Hanna she was my masseuse.

I was quite disappointed with my recent visit to GSpa. It's sad because I used to have a great experience here and even recommended it to my friends. However, this time, the girl at the reception was rather rude. Every time I said something, she would look to her colleagues and smile, which felt disrespectful. Additionally, they didn't mention over the phone that the pool and jacuzzi were closed, which is a significant detail. In conclusion, my experience was far from what I had expected…

Spa Service is good but customer service is horrible . The girls are so rude and they look unprofessional . They really need to do something about it , it's ruining the spa image

G spa is beauty lounge located at ahrafieh they are very professional the staff are polite and helpful the place is beyond clean and neat. All people who love to take care of their beauty must visit G spa

A bit pricey, but very nice, very posh and pampering experience. We went for massage, hamam and I had my nails done there and we were very happy with the service overall. My nail do was a real treat compared to what I get in London.

The place looks great, and I am sure it has great treatments on offer, but I did a brazilian wax service and was extremely disappointed. The girl who waxed me pulled the skin the exact opposite way than she should and when I tried to pull it myself the right way she told me not to do so. It took an hour (while with my regular waxer back home it takes maximum 15 minutes) and was pure suffering. The wax used was not good for sensitive skin when I was told they used wax creme, which heats up at a lower temperature and thus does not burn the skin (which this one did). It is not the fault of the girl, but the spa who hired her, without either training her correctly, or checking her skills beforehand. I pay someone assuming they are professional and can do the job as fast and painlessly as possible. However, I could have waxed myself faster and less painfully. The reason I give three stars and not one is because the administration reacted very concerned about this after I told them by email, and offered me a gift voucher for any treatment of my choice, as well as promising to train the waxer who made the mistake

This is the first time I write a review. I had a really bad experience at GSPA. It went from being one of the best massages in town to the worst. 1. When I was booking on the phone, I asked the woman who answered if she could book me with their best masseuse. (I had given birth a few months ago and was looking forward for this pampering time.) 2. Once there, they didn’t even give me a key to a locker room. Instead, I had to remove my clothes in the massage room and put them next to the sink. 3. There was no music, and if there was I couldn’t hear it. 4. From the second the massage started, I understood that it was the masseuse’s first day or first week. They confirmed it a the end when I complained about the massage. I was basically the « tester » 5. The massage was a joke, I was literally waiting for it to be over. No synchronisation in the movements, no flow, nothing. It was really bad. I’m not even going to go into the part where nowadays in Lebanon you have to spend your money carefully and this was a completely waste of money. 6. At the end, they made me pay for it and told me they there were going to contact me the next days to offer me a massage. I wasted my time giving them my number, email and answering their questions around how to improve etc and the worst is that they NEVER CALLED. I used to go there often and buy gift vouchers for people I love and this is the last time I step foot there.

On our wedding anniversary my husband reserved an 80 min massage , it was very relaxing and the staff treated us very well ,we were even spoiled while relaxing after it by a yummy chocolate fondue with fruits .
