The staff member behind the counter was friendly but a little pushy, suggesting we order much more than what two people could eat. However, the server on the floor, who delivered our food was super friendly and even gave us a free refill of tea. So I rated high for his services, but the food itself wasn’t anything special or authentic (nor was the “Turkish” tea which tasted like Lipton). In addition, the prices are quite steep. We paid almost $20 for two teas and four small bread/pastry items.

Passed their for breakfast!! It was my first and surely not my last!! We have ordered the formula for 2! It contained eggs 🍳 a huge plate of cheese, a plate of hame, butter, jam, tea, a basket of sandwich and kaak and of course a vegetable plate! The kaak came right from the oven, i loved it and its affordable and tasty!! I really recommend such breakfast!! Don’t hesitate pass by and try it and give us ur opinion 😍😂

The taste is good and different. However, it needs to be more organized and have enough quantities to serve all the customers. They even did not have a menu. They should act quickly before loosing credibility. However, i will go there again.

Even that it's in a mall, they still provide a cool atmosphere and ambiance. The service is perfect and helpful. I used to love Simit Sarayi coffee, but the last few times I've been, it wasn't good at all. It also saddens me that the food and pastries are not fresh there. If they were, they would deserve a 5 for me. Prices are fair.

Service was very slow, food was not (reheated) fresh, taste is not so bad, Price is normal.

Specious clean and organized, staff are very friendly , them coffee has the unique turkish taste, not to mention the cookies ( simit) and many delicious bakery products.

The environment is very nice, i love the marble, but the prices must be reviewed

Miserable looking staff , cold food is served after we asked them the heat it up. Customer service is below 0/10, overall terrible experience.

i got to meet the manager as part of a job interview at the place . he was extremely descent , modest and honorable... he even kept his offer of hiring me even after i contacted him to say i have found a more fitting job at another place . he said he valued the manners i displayed during the interview and the way i projected my credentials , and told me he'd be happy to hire me should i apply again. the manager is amazing and a pure gentleman ✨❤️

One of the slowest services you will ever face. Took more than 45 minutes for the food to be cooked. 90% if the items on the menu is not there. After the 45 min. They informed us that there is no salad. Wein ken w wein sar hal mahal...
