Massive theater, good food, very fast service by helpful staff. My French and Arabic is quite poor however they are always helpful and friendly.

Find the latest greatest movie always at empire I'm their fan since 16 years, in every branch, I love everything. This branch is nice, but the pop corn is expensive!

The price was expensive considering that the screen wasn't even 4k and the rooms were small. The people were loud and obnoxious. They have no sense of morality. Many people were on their phone and the children would shout and be annoying. I had someone sitting behind me and kick my chair throughout the show. Not a pleasant experience. But all in all I did have a fun time.

Pretty good setup with a wide selection of movies in several halls. Not the best equipped but pretty decent if you wanna have all the choices in one place. It works well if you are out shopping or want a dining experience with the food court one level down.

One my favourite movie theaters in Lebanon. Big screens and big comfy seats with a nice air conditioning and good sound delivery. Very practical as well with the food court and food floor just under you. And if you register and become a member for free, you can save points on each time you buy any ticket from the booking stand, where eventually you can have free tickets. And you can always have a free parking ticket whilst just buying any ticket.

I went to see the Lego Movie 2 with the kids, the sound is too loud for children. Plus, they have special theaters in other countries with more comfortable seats for children, and usually themed according to the movie. it was a good experience in Cinemacity, but there is much room for improvement, specially for kids

Very good customer service .. lots of updated movies always ... not to forget variety of food choices and drinks and popcorn
