The most unprofessional medical center you could ever deal with. No hygiene, no time commitment, no fair value for tests. The employees are even rude and they yell if you ask for your result twice.

Good overall Except the Covid-19 testing facilities Problems: 1- No ticketing system (queue) 2- Crowded waiting / processing room 3- Indoors with poor ventilation I hope this is fixed soon

Highly unprofessional management! Extremely money oriented, cancelled their contract with my insurance 12 hours before my urgent appointment, didn't bother to notify me, didn't bother to compensate, furthermore the manager claimed he had no problem with being unprofessional. Highly do not recommend!

Not professional at all. Not recommended. We did blood test for my wife that detects baby gender which is 100% accurate, the test result was false.

Worst Center ever! I did a thalassemia minor test there and they sent me the result through whatsapp. I did not know how to read it, I called to ask the Dr she was not available all day as I called again on Saturday the phone assistant said that the Dr don’t come on Saturdays!! I need to know my result!!!

Zero professionalism. Zero ethics what a shame that they're still operating and taking people's money. This center should be closed. They gave me a PCR with an invalid QR code (fake code). It gave me a lot of trouble at the airport. There was a chance I could've been rejected boarding my flight.

The worst experience at this diagnostic center, I took some tests they told me it will take 10 days, after 10 days i went to get the papers they told few days... It's been 3 weeks and when I asked them they told for another 10 days, so if you want to take your tests it would take more than a month to know what the health issues you have.. And i paid 600,000L.L. Despite that i called multiple times. No one to answer.. Some of the staff working without masks dealing with people.. Is this a circus or what..

This is the best experience they gave me my results on time and the hygiene in the centre is very good and the employees are very kind and I advise you to call them if you want to get some tests.

Called them 4 times to confirm a pcr test, then 30 min before my appointment I called to see where they are, they told me they do not test in my area, even though I already told them and sent them my location and booked days before🤦🏻‍♂️
