Beginning with Nour, (the dental assistant) who answered my first call respectfully and took the time to explain all details thoroughly to me, to give me a brief idea about the services they offer. It got me more comfortable and sure that I chose the right place. Not to mention Dr. Alain Romanos, one of the most professional and knowledgeable Dentists in Lebanon. The day of my oral surgery, Dr. Romanos (periodontist and implant specialist), was behind the success of my operation: Crown Lengthening, Connective Soft Tissue Gum Graft, Frenectomy. He is Ultimately professional, respectful, HUMBLE, calm, patient, very caring, he takes all his time to explain and listen to all the questions and concerns; and during the operation, he was very attentive to all details prior, during and after the surgery. Also the whole team took care of me before I have been discharged, (Dr. Johnny, Rita, Georges and anyone who was there, they all made sure I was perfectly ready to leave and rest for my post-op). I had some medical and aesthetic dental issues that I have been postponing for years. When my crown cracked, I had to face the music and get on with doing the job. I had to do dental extraction, implant, and crown; cleaning, whitening, and cavities. Last but not least, a problem that I had to live with despite having tried to fix it three times through braces. Dr Alain Romanos created a treatment plan for me, with him leading the team of specialists for each phase of the treatment. Every single dentist I saw at the clinic would not accept other than perfection. They would give me honest advice, and even tell me when I don’t need to do another job, even if they had to loose additional income. They were all perfectionists, friendly, and professional. Last week i came to the lounge dental clinic to remove my 4 wisdom teeth. I was very anxious and worried that it was going to be very painful. However, it only took Dr. Alain Roumanos 40 mins to remove both sides! It was not painful and it was not how I expected it to be. It was much easier than I thought!! I did not feel pain even after surgery, i had minor swelling that only lasted 2 days. I trusted Dr. Alain with my teeth and health and He did not let me down. Another good news is that it’s done for a very fair price. Thank you very much!
