My
friend
and
I
are
one
week
post
surgery
and
we
can
already
tell
Dr.
Nader
did
such
a
great
job.
He
is
honestly
very
sweet,
lets
you
know
in
details
what
happens
during
surgery
and
is
always
ready
to
answer
your
questions.
Although
my
nose
is
still
swollen,
I
can
already
tell
his
work
is
a
10/10.
The
moment
he
saw
me
he
knew
what
was
best
for
me
and
I
went
along
with
the
plan.
The
results
are
becoming
clear
and
im
really
greatful
for
his
precision.
Compared
to
other
surgeons,
the
costs
are
relatively
much
lower.
Thank
you
so
much
Dr.
Nader.
Update:
im
a
bit
over
two
weeks
post
surgery
and
things
are
looking
great.
The
swelling
isnt
proportional
on
both
sides
but
thats
an
expected
outcome.
In
my
case
i
had
a
severely
deviated
septum,
turbinates
were
bad,
deviated
nasal
bone,
(crooked
by
appearance)
and
a
hump
on
the
nasal
bridge.
All
fixed.
I
can
genuienly
breath
from
my
nose
like
I
never
did
before.
Although
my
nose
is
still
swollen
out
of
proportion
it
feels
and
looks
great
regardless.
Tips
on
your
upcoming
surgery:
week
one
is
the
major
healing
period
and
there
is
no
pain
whatsoever,
it
feels
like
a
bad
cold
at
max.
On
day
4
the
swelling
was
moving
down
my
face
gradually
and
my
teeth
felt
numb
and
it
might
get
uncomfortable
to
chew
on
hard
food,
but
still
tolerable.
The
swelling
fades
away
on
the
first
week
and
the
bruising
within
2
weeks.
Atleast
thats
my
case.
Its
a
same
day
checkout
from
the
hospital
and
ull
be
in
your
comfy
bed
few
hours
post
surgery.
You
are
adviced
to
sleep
upright
in
the
first
period
and
trust
me
its
the
most
comfortable
position
although
its
hard
to
fall
asleep
with
a
blocked
nose
on
the
first
few
nights.
The
nasal
tampons
(fteel)
were
removed
48
hours
post
surgery
and
the
cast
removed
48
hours
post
tampon
removal.
Dont
over
think
your
first
impression
after
the
cast
is
removed.
It
takes
between
6
months
and
1
year
for
things
to
get
to
normal.
I
repeat,
DON'T
BE
UPSET
OVER
THE
FIRST
IMPRESSION
after
cast
removal,your
face
is
still
swollen
and
your
nose
is
going
to
look
too
perfect
and
fake,
be
patient.
Pulling
out
the
stuffing
(fteel)
doesnt
hurt
one
bit
but
i
will
tell
you
they
do
feel
weird
and
slimy.
The
splints
(plastic
material
that
puts
the
septum
in
place)
are
removed
two
weeks
post
surgery
(in
my
case)
and
they
also
dont
hurt.
They
are
pulled
out
before
it
even
hurts,
then
u'll
be
able
to
breath
properly.
Finally
regarding
appearance
and
insecurities:
Although
its
too
early
to
say
how
I
will
look
like
in
6
months
or
even
a
year,
I
can
confidently
say
90%
of
your
insecurities
will
vanish
over
night.
Honestly,
my
bad
angles
arent
going
to
become
my
best
angles
but
i
can
sure
look
in
the
mirror
or
my
camera
and
smile
endlessly
from
that
angle
and
even
not
care
if
someone
took
a
photo
from
my
bad
side.
Its
simply
not
my
best
angle
but
not
bad
anymore.
Even
the
most
semetrical
faces
have
better
angles.
Its
an
emotional
rollercoaster
trying
to
look
for
the
flaws
and
then
realizing
:oh
i
had
surgery
and
they
arent
there
anymore
.
If
u
look
too
deep
u
might
find
very
little
flaws
but
again,
im
only
two
weeks
post
surgery
and
its
hard
to
tell
how
much
better
things
will
get.
But
they
will
get
much
better
which
makes
me
even
more
excited
about
what
i
already
see
in
my
reflection.
Finally,
if
u
are
hesitant,
trust
me
its
not
a
bad
experience
AT
ALL,
and
doctor
Nader
is
a
great
surgeon
as
mentioned
above.
Good
luck
on
your
surgery.
