After
a
very
good
and
long
conversation
with
the
sales
manager
of
advanced
cars
we
got
a
genuine
and
sincere
apology.
We
were
promised
a
complete
refund
and
of
course
the
promise
that
the
appropriate
measures
will
be
taken
so
that
such
an
inconvenience
will
be
avoided
in
the
future,
for
this
is
not
accepted
by
advanced
cars
either.
I’m
very
grateful
for
this
call
I
had
with
Mr.
Rami
and
of
course
we
will
give
advances
cars
another
Chance
to
redeem
them
self’s.
Once
again
I
would
like
to
thank
Mr.
Rami
for
his
effort
to
help
us
and
showing
what
advanced
cars
are
all
about.
Just
because
of
this
conversation
that
made
my
day,
I
will

Had
the
worst
experience
ever
when
renting
a
car.
I
have
rented
at
least
50
cars
in
my
days
but
this
was
the
worst
one
ever.
I
made
a
reservation
for
a
car
in
a
specific
category
but
when
I
went
to
claim
it
there
was
no
car
reserved.
They
had
to
“rent”
a
car
for
me
from
another
agency
because
the
advanced
cars
lebanon
car
that
was
reserved
for
me
went
to
someone
else.
They
even
wanted
me
to
pay
the
difference
that
they
had
to
pay
for
getting
me
the
car,
which
I
had
already
paid
for
in
advanced.
When
I
got
the
car
it
was
smashed
all
over
and
it
was
sooooo
dirty
I
didn’t
even
want
to
sit
in
it.
I
told
the
person
helping
us
that
this
is
not
acceptable,
which
he
agreed
with
me,
but
he
couldn’t
do
anything
to
help
me
due
it
was
Friday
afternoon
and
everyone
had
closed
and
gone
home.
Finally
he
promise
to
call
and
give
me
another
car
on
Monday
(this
was
Friday).
He
didn’t
call
and
when
we
called
we
got
no
answer.
One
week
later
we
got
in
contact
with
the
person
helping
us
but
he
still
couldn’t
do
anything
to
help
us
because
all
the
cars
they
have
in
are
empty
from
fuel
so
he
couldn’t
do
the
exchange.
The
cars
batterie
didn’t
work
properly
either.
It
died
on
us
several
times
(the
last
time
on
our
way
to
the
airport)
but
luckily
we
always
managed
to
get
help
from
some
good
people.
When
we
met
the
person
who
was
claiming
the
car
from
us
at
the
airport
the
car
was
missing
about
1/4
of
the
cars
full
tank.
That
would
be
about
10
liters.
20
liters
in
Lebanon
cost
about
80.000LL
but
the
person
claiming
the
car
charged
us
115.000LL
for
the
missing
fuel
(it
should
have
been
about
40-50.000LL)
when
I
asked
him
why
that
much
his
answer
was
that
this
is
the
cost
for
the
missing
fuel
in
the
black
market.
Disappointed
we
paid
him
and
left.
Like
I
said
this
was
the
worst
experience
I
have
ever
had
and
never
again
advanced
cars.
We
were
promised
the
best
service
but
we
got
the
worst.
Don’t
recommend
them
to
anyone
