I had an appointment at 7 pm, I had to wait till 7:45 and still my turn didn't come so I left and no one cared. My time matters :)

It was the worst experience for me. -the first toom was noisy and close to the main road ao I asked a transfer to another room, but the other room wasnt clean (sweat smell). -during the massage the staff were outside talking and laughing out loud, although I asked them twice to lower their laughs as it was meant to be a relaxing experience but they didnt stop that. - I was supposed to get one hour massage however I got 35 mins -The masseuse wasn't experienced at all!! -Didnt want to put a bad review , but I called the customer service but she didnt care.

First and last time very bad massage

Its an amazing environment with full relaxation and professional treatment bu the employees of the customers. I really enjoyed my time there and i will recommend this visit to my friends and family.

My cousin and I decided to experience a duo massage at this spa. The overall cleanliness of the facility and the nice room were impressive, and we were given clean pink satin shorts to wear, which was a nice touch. What set this spa apart was its commitment to hygiene, as they required clients to take a non-optional shower before the massage. Unfortunately, the provided crocs were not clean, so we opted not to wear them. Aside from this, the experience was generally positive. However, there were a couple of downsides. Despite having a 9:30 appointment, we didn't enter the massage room until 9:40, which felt a bit rushed when they asked us to finish quickly to get ready. Moreover, the massage itself, although okay, fell short of our expectations. We had booked an hour-long session not a room for an hour but received only 40 minutes, losing 15 minutes of our expected massage time. In summary, while the spa offered a pleasant and decent experience, the timing and duration of the massage left something to be desired.

The facility should pay more attention to being clean. For example They should provide disposable slippers not the plastic ones that you use over and over again for shower. We had a couples massage and at the beginning of massage staff was talking and giggling in their language whis was offensive and disturbing. She finished the 90 min massage 20 min earlier and asked me what to do with that 20 min. And gave me a careless 20 more min. All in all it was uncomfortable, insanitary, low-end experience.

Good spa when it comes to offers. Sometimes appointments are hard to get even if u call one week earlier since its a busy place. Not all the rooms are equivalent in quality. Not all the masseuse are equivalent in experience. My overall rating is based on 12 visit in one year.

Horrible experience. I had an appointment at 6pm, was told there will be a delay for 30-40 minutes. At 645pm I was told that the room is being cleaned only to be told at 705 pm that the room isn't ready yet. I left early. Staff are also unprofessional, laughing Outloud and there were guests allowed to smoke inside the waiting room for well over 10 minutes with staff saying nothing to them.

All good and on point. The masseuse went above and beyond recommending exercise for specific body points, 3rd great experience in a row 👍🏼

The spa is too old ,the masseuse (2 of them) lacks experience and it felt like my little daughter was massaging me! Complete waste of money and time

This time the experience was not very pleasant as before. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming but the massage therapist was not professional and was lacking energy.

That’s why the rate here is low than other spa centers. I chose the one hour massage, finished shower start at 4:50, in the middle the therapist come and go out for twice. At around 5:25, The therapist said do you need extra extension. I said finish ? She replied only 5 mins. Then I shocked, only 5, sure? She said since you took the shower. Shower is including the package time ??? Then she said no no. After discussion I experienced the longest 5 mins than ever. Finished massage there at 5:37. In summary 1. not suggest at all, there is reason for low rate here. You spent 1 hour time maybe will get 40mins most. 2. Therapist who did massage for me is just waste of my time, I didn’t experience any way of doing massage. For me I often go for a spa around 1-2 weeks per time. Hope this one will help you and hope they can serve the customers well in the future.

It's not advisable to come here. Very noisy and too much expensive. They ask me to pay 50$ in 1hour massage and not VIP room. And the massage is something 40minutes only.its not relaxing. I feel I'm in the market. disgusting because I use crocks slipper that everyone can use. That should be disposable.the bed sheet is dirty as well.
