They are thieves You call them asking for a couple package and they provide u with a package wirh jacuzzi sauna and scrub for 1,350,000 which is around 50$ at the black market rate which is not at all a low price. The massage is supposed to be 60 minutes but they end it in 40 minutes and the girls told you that there is no hot water to provide you the jacuzzi. When you complain at the reception they don't takevwhat you say seriously. They just care about stealing your money. I went twice and they was bad experience and i don't recommend it at all.

Nice clean place and cute hustling Filipino girls. Definitely for absolute beginners and inexperienced folks who had never been in Hamburg or Bangkok. Beside the profiling of men by inexperienced and without a doubt a newby receptionist who didn't belong in that service sector, a place that should rethink its advertising propaganda. A "Swedish" massage has an absolute different meaning to Europeans and maybe American guests than what those hustlers provide. AND, when it is included in the price then it is a given, anyone with a previous knowledge knows that it is a H.J. A "super" VIP package does not include sharing a jacuzzi or a private room, you have already paid the fill price for those privileges. My recommendation; Get rid of the fake ad concerning "Swedish" massage and maybe your ignorant receptionist too. Get someone who appreciates the desires of customers and not a feminist at your front desk. Thanks for the amateur massage and good luck.

I used to do massage at this place and it was great, but this time it was horrible. First i chose the 45 min massage and i got max 25 min. I entered at 5:15 and at 5:40 I was done with my shower. Second they didn’t provide us with any robes, but with a meduim towel that i used for the preshower and after shower. Third, there was no disposable slipper, but a big funny plastic slipper that is used to all clients. They are not abiding with covid precautions at all. Fourth, there was no hairdryer , so i went out with damp hair. Fifth,in any spa we used to chose the oil we want to use , but unfortunately they are using a cheap cream instead. Sixth, we used to hear relaxing music, but unfortunately i was only hearing my bone cramps. Finally, they used to offer us tea , but they didn’t offer us anything Infact i feel sad that the quality of this place has dropped so much knowing that they are not cheap.

Avoid this place. Paid for a 1 hour massage and only got 35 minutes. Masseuse was awful, room was cold, they were drilling in the next room. Would have been better off massaging myself at home

I just wanted to give a HUGE thumb’s up to EDEN SPA! It was such an amazing relaxing experience. I never had a professional massage before and I enjoyed it quite a lot, I felt so relaxed and I didn’t even want to leave the place. Thank you so much EDEN SPA for a wonderful experience.

I contacted hamra branch also for my complaint, they said we will raise your message to out management... i don't Know if my message reached the management or not, but the thing that i know ahen an employee says that and take all your info, the management must contact me, still no one called. I also received two gift cards from a friend as a birthday present, i don't know if i can try going another time or not

Cheating on time. One hour means 40min. They also give a receipt for about 60% of the price so they cheat their own country on taxes. Do not use cheaters. And regarding their response below: I left earlier because they stopped massage earlier! And I received receipt which they later desperately wanted back! So do not trust them.

I've been traveling for 5 years, doing massage in every country. But this place is a special place with a great masseuses and a welcoming staff. It feels like home. Highly Recommended.

I just got robbed off from this spa, I talked to the owner and he was rude enough to charge me double the price of a package where they charged me 375 thousands for a package that costs 150 thousands; because i am a foreigner. The owner frankly faced me with his greedy attitude and didn't agree for a refund. I would call that they are thieves. The only deserving people are the masseuses with there humbleness and their patience handling an angry customer as a professional.

The worst experience ! Women Definitely not massagers. It took maximum 40 minutes .My desire to relax ended with my anger.I never recommend !

I was there for a couples massage. The massage was nice but not impressive. I really enjoyed the salt scrub (done by myself.) Sauna was nice too.. so overall it’s good nice atmosphere and clean towels..

I went for a massage and scrubbing. The water was a bit cold so I didn’t end up doing a scrubbing and showered in lukewarm water. I asked for a refund for the scrubbing cost and I was told that I will only be given a free scrubbing next time. Having no other choice, I agreed. The manager intervened at the end after I was refunded the scrubbing cost. Unpleasant experience.

The place feels dirty. The price should be for a professional experience, instead it's some amateurs. Would not go again, would not recommend.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy massage services. Staff are well trained and extremely professional. Add up the welcoming ambience you encounter when you arrive. I highly recommend it to all my beloved ones and friends.

Horrible experience. The vibe in this place is so negative, the masseuses are so unprofessional: they make you feel like you’re forcing them to do their job and they don’t listen to any request you make. I asked her to increase the temperature of the AC because it was too cold and she just replied with “we don’t have time to waste”. On top of all that, the management doesn’t take any complaint seriously. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all

worst experience ever, unprofessional and charged for one hour with time wasting by changing room because of defected ac and we had to change the room and then electricity is off and the girl left for 10 min and plus all of that they did not gave an extra time it was literally 30 min massage and paid for 1 hour, and when I said to the guy that this is the last time for me in this place he said ok its up tp you
