Starbucks in Lebanon-in general-do not impress me, as the quality to price service is not good. The prices of coffee is almost 3 times more compared to Europe. For example what would cost 2-3 euros in Germany is about 12,000-15,000 LBP in Lebanon, which is very over priced for a coffee cup. Those were the downsides, however the Starbucks in Beirut Souks is a bit different in the sense of the surrounding it has to offer. For instance having a hot chocolate on a raininy day with a nice and colorful view is quite relaxing. The hot chocolate itself was not that great but the environment, colors, vibrant life, architecture and rain added a lot to this particular branch.

Very friendly and professional staff and good spot to have break, meet someone and sip a cup of coffee.

A “luxury” version of Starbucks : Starbucks reserve The service is great, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. You can also enjoy your coffee outside in the square! I personally love the coconut mocha Frappuccino there. Keep in mind that this Starbucks is more expensive that an average Starbucks!

We always feel like at home at this branch as the staff are very friendly. They even memorize our orders for our next visit. The seating is very comfortable which makes you spend your whole day there without getting bored!

Don't like starbucks downtown branch due to the mean employees I always grab a drink with my friend in this branch and I never saw an employee there smiling to the customer. Well I go to this branch just because its seating area is nice in Beirut souks.
