Customer service is very bad, there is no commitment with the appointment schedule. Applicant companion must wait outside for an hour and the half on the stairs. This is very disrespectful.

The worst service ever i do not encourage anyone to go to bls and Spain embassy for a visa, first they give you an appointment but make you wait outside and inside more then 1hour and 30 minutes, and you don't want to wait you'll ve to pay an extra for vip, second only two person to present your papers for all this croud and you make it next to your neighbor without seat, third they take your application but they don't tell you there is something wrong or missing then you receive a call to go to the embassy so they ask you questions, i went there they gave me a number and i waited in a room where all people wait and the questioning of people and guichet is in front of you so everybody hears everyone and also there is no seat there is a glass between you and the officers which are only two, there was a guy at my appointment who was so angry and mean, he was treating people with superiority and not cooperative at all and he makes you feel like if you are a mendiant while you are a tourist spending money at his country etc... At last not least it was my worst experience for a visa and ill never apply there again

Even when you take an appointement, they make you wait for at least 45 minutes I went in 2018 and 2019 and both years i faced the same problem. In addition, they try to charge you money for every single thing such as the below: They state on the website to bring all documents original, and then when you get the original, they make a copy on their printer so that they charge you for it. They state to bring 2 pictures, but then make unreasonable excuses to take your picture again, and charge you for it. If you reserve your appointment on Saturday, they charge you $25, and they don't inform you when you reserve about the extra charge, only to be surprised at the center about the extra payment. I have went to more than 6 embassies for the schengen, all were professionals except the BLS.

i did travel insurance with bls and they didn't give it to me i called more then 10 times and every time they were telling me after 4pm will sent u an e- mail ans still nothing ..unprofessional

I am totally unhappy about the service provided in regards the Premium Lounge treatment. You do not provide any extra "quality" service when using this feature or added value. Every time I call, staff tell me to check with the Embassy. What is the use of the Premium Lounge if they cannot help with inquiries. I paid 60 usd which is overly priced just for "not to wait service". Plus when I received a message that the process has been completed, I called you and again staff told me to check with Liban Post. Excuse me, what is the added value or your services. Either remove the Premium lounge option and increase your staff number to accommodate the number of visa requestors or enhance the service in the Premium Lounge. I seriously ended up calling here and there just to accommodate for your incompetence. Moreover, your answering machine takes at least 5 minutes just describing services and holds up the line; no wonder why your lines are always unavailable!!

Should be less than 1 star actually. You give them your papers and passport and they lose it and let you wait for 9 months without any care for your time and money and emotions. I visited BLS for more than 10 times and NO one time that I could find a response from the very rude employees. I took the legal approach where I took an interview date even though I was in a hurry but I waited 2 months for the interview and then another 9 months to get the answer if I got the visa but its like talking to the deaf... I went many times and the only response we didn't get anything from the embassy without searching or calling the embassy. The experience is not even worth 1$. I got the passport after bisiting the embassy and elling them I wanna travel and i need my passport immediately, the embassy said we will send the passport to BLS. The next day BLs called me to ask me about my passport and I was like whattttttt? They lost my passport in their office!!!!!!!!
