how
you
should
operate,
maybe
this
will
help
you
in
being
something
rated
as
more
than
-5/10
1-
When
someone
gives
you
bad
a
review,
you
try
to
solve
the
issue
and
not
kick
the
person
out
of
the
clinic,
you
improve,
you
don't
ask
for
an
apology
for
someone
giving
an
opinion
2-
When
you
block
a
customer
on
fb,
the
person
cant
go
back
to
remove
any
review,
its
fb
101,
take
some
classes
dears.
3-
Try
to
use
a
system
that
syncs
between
lebanon
and
Jordan,
to
take
correct
appointments,
or
else
buy
a
notebook
and
write
them
on
papers,
it
would
be
better.
4-
Let
me
repeat
my
feedback
again:
very
bad
service,
you
don't
answer
people
when
calling,
you
are
not
accurate
with
your
appointments,
and
very
high
turnover.
5-
I
dont
care
if
you
are
cheap
if
i
can't
see
good
results,
so
dont
lower
your
prices
and
lower
your
quality,
keep
some
standards.
And,
when
a
customer
calls,
try
to
answer
more
often
and
not
wait
for
the
bad
review,
i
can
admit
this
was
the
fastest
way
for
you
guys
to
answer,
apparently
you
know
how
to
answer.
