Very rude staff!! They Cancelled our reservation and when we showed up didnt let us in! Will never go there again

UNPROFESSIONAL. We get to the place and they cancel our reservation on the spot. We confirmed with her twice during the day and she decided to send us the cancellation message while we were waiting to be seated. Don’t bother booking, the place is way too expensive for what it offers (the pizza is not even good which says a lot about the food) + staff is unprofessional and rude. There are way better places in the area. Do better, especially with your customers.

It's a nice place in the heart of Beirut, the food is delicious, the drinks as well, and the staff are nice except the security guy at the door told me "next time wearing shorts is not allowed" seriously?! In 2021? In August?? Then again the owner and the waiter were very kind to apologize for the inconvenience, apparently it's a policy to filter out the "not-classy" type. Even though i disagree with this 1990-type policy, but it's their place their rule. Also i guess this rule was misinterpreted by the security guy who clearly didn't have any bad intentions, specially because the place is new and because i was wearing awesome shorts 😎

A nice place Good food and music But doesn’t accept any credit cards

I reserved a week ahead a table for 6 people and went there to find that they gave me a table of two at the door, and when i they called me that this is my table in a very rude manner, without offering any excuses and in a very disrespectfull way. And the worse is how the hostess talked to me in a high tone voice and the manager as well as the manager i dont recommend anyone to go since its a very bad service place and disrespectfull stuff

The venue is nice but the management is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional wont repeat the experience . We were complaining to the manger about walk ins who didnt reserve but still were allowed to enter and stand near the bar (which was full) and near our chairs which didnt allow us to breath,and instead of apologizing he gets angry and starts talking non-sense.i wouldnt expect that from a place that is assuming its a top notch place at a classy area. The food is below average. Do not order the chicken platter it is mot edible , too much djon mustard with the burger as well ,almost chocked. The pizza is average . The nordiac salad is poor.the truffle chicken salad is good. The only good thing are the bartenders/waiters , they are really friendly and professional .

Not what I had expected. Rushed to get to the place only to be told my kids under 23 can’t go in. No reasoning whatsoever. Highly doubt I will be back. Plenty of other options nearby

Rude staff from the first interaction at the door. Rude bouncers and rude hostesses. Waiters were very nice though. Food was very average and too crowded inside. Very different from last year’s experience, disappointing.

Extremely expensive Staff are trained to force you to order. (Pushy way) instead of communicating a minimum charge policy that will saves lots of time. Which i found it extremely unprofessional. They Called around 4 times while we were on the way in order to make sure that we’re coming even-though we confirmed twice. The policy of ordering wasn’t discussed on the phone nor who’s gonna be playing.

Beautiful place to chill & party...music is smoooth... But one negative thing to be said. The dude on the entrance is very very rude and didn't allow me to enter even though my cousins had a reservation & i showed up late alone while they were inside. Tatiana who was also handling at the entrance eventually let me in as she was very sweet and decent.

Great place to spend a wonderful night with friends. Good music, good food, good vibes.
