I used to like to order from Frunch but a few days ago I ordered zinger and a fahita however both tasted bad the chicken in zinger was filled with oil and there were barely any slices of lettuce in it…it used to be 99 now it's 170 the prices are higher but the quality of the food is getting lower and lower dang if ur making us pay that much at least make it worth the money 🤦🏻‍♀️

We were so eager to try this restaurant for the first time, but they were not helpful at all with our simple request. We wanted our sandwiches with the sauces on the side, but seems they can’t handle this, and did not even try to give an alternative. A kind note: being flexible with customer orders is appreciated as you might have different dietary requirements within one family.

We went for a quick dinner at this place. The food was good but the service can be faster. They forgot our drinks and I needed to go and pick them up.

The service is speedy and the staff are friendly. The hygiene isn’t at it best and covid measures are not respected by the cashier. The student discount mentioned only applies for LAU student and it is not mentioned this should be mentioned on the banner. Food tastes great and the frunch sauce tastes great. The dessert is good

I came to eat a fast dinner after I heard several reviews about this place. We have ordered loaded fries with extra chicken and jalapenos on the side and a Cheesy Boom burger. After we ordered our food , a beggar came in and the waiter kicked him out and had a fight with the kid which made the atmosphere very intense in the area. The loaded fries came with the jalapenos and without the chicken ..after that we had requested to get our money back and leave , however, the manager insisted that we stay and that our order will be on the house. The new loaded fries came as ordered , however, the burger came wrong were than we knew that our burger has been served to another table. The manager was busy on the phone and the waiter after saying repeatedly that the order is on the house , he than gave back only part of the bill and the manager never came again because the waiter insisted that “he is on the phone”. And after all what happened the waiter gave me a paper to fill out for review 😅 This is the first and last time I eat at Frunch eatery and it was a total disappointment!

The best thing about this place is the fresh bread. The burger is good in size but unfortunately had no "burger" taste. The fries were not that good either although the spices were delicious.

I ordered the zinger burger it was very disappointing. The menu said that it contained cheddar but the one they gave me had no cheddar + there was a lot of sauce which is not very tasty. The chicken as ok but the burger overall wasn’t tasty at all. I was very excited to try this restaurant but it will surely be my last time eating there.

I don’t recommend this restaurant at all!!!! they took an hour and a half to give me the food, i wasn’t hungry anymore and didn’t want the food but they wouldn’t let me leave without not paying it while they did a big mistake. I also wanted to talk to the manager but they wouldn’t let me. They brought everyone’s food except for mine and they still waited for me to take the food just to pay!!!!!

A DETAILED REVIEW (Must read) Unbelievably simple but amazing taste !!! - Not too much ingredients but yet very Tasty - Fast delivery - Fair packaging - Fresh greenery - Good price compared to portion - Great customer service - Sandwiches are amazing especially the four cheese knowing that there is no sauce in it. Some of the things that should be taken into consideration: - It is better to put less of caramelized onion in sandwiches to better feel the taste of the cheese (Four cheese sandwich). - The green leaves in sandwiches do not have an effect on the taste. - Better to put more pesto sauce in sandwiches. - The cheese in sandwiches are on one side and the other ingredients on the other (Seperated). It is better to be placed in a way where all ingredients combined are eaten all together. OVERALL: VERYYY RECOMMENDED !!!!

Ordered the zinger and the cheese smelled and tasted rotten, and the chicken was very bad almost not edible. I could not even eat it so I asked for fries instead, and they sent me a sandwich of fries.. overall horrible quality and service after paying 220 thou lbp. Update: I was promised a free meal by the manager, but they won’t answer the phone purposely or connect me to a manager. Worst restaurant I have ever seen anywhere, I recommend poison over it.

I don’t usually post reviews but I had the Cheese Boom at this restaurant and I can easily say it was the best burger I’ve ever had in my life. Ahmad was very kind, friendly, and helpful in addition to being an amazing chef! Will come again for sure!
