Hello, thank you Vox Cinemas for your bad service! You deserve 0. We booked two tickets to watch a movie! It starts at 8:15 PM, when we arrive we found a lot of people who are standing and waiting to buy their tickets! While the movie is gonna starts! We are late because there are lots of people waiting in the line! And literally there are 3 cashiers on the counter! This is an unprofessional service👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 and we asked the cashier if we can choose our seats, and unfortunately he told us No! Even i asked for a change of money, he told me if you have change give me! He was very rude and unprofessional! He said: (The Cinema room is fully booked! And there are no seats available anymore!) And when we enter the room we realized that the room is empty! And the movie is going to start in few seconds! Thank you Vox Cinemas for your bad service with the clients! 👎🏻 I don’t recommend this place! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Visited Gold vox cinema at city center Beirut to watch Jurassic World. The Cinema was very clean and cosy. The staff are friendly & attentive. Very Nice experience and the movie was great. Will go back soon for Top Gun 😁🌸💕

Iza 7abin te23do bl cinema ma3 zbelet el mushatama3 w nawar, go to city center. Watched the latest spiderman. People talking the whole movie with no respect. Insulting and playing with flashlights on screens, throwing popcorn left and right. And the worst is that it wasnt just a small part of the room, it was 50% of the people literally. No security no nothing. Never again

Two words: IMAX 3D. If this doesn't convince you, then nothing will. The only one in Lebanon. The regular seats are more comfortable though. The VIP seats are too big, unless you're very tall or very wide.

Excellent movie experience especially the 4DX movie experience. For a group of four we paid an equivalent to $17 to watch TopGun Maverick and enjoyed the interactive experience. It is worth it.

The communication and social skills of the staff is less than minimum,they need to be trained how to talk to people,they are not understanding, and very mean,in particular '' Baz '', pop corn is served in paper bags, their is no A.C in the hall, they have no coffee and didnt let us bring in our starbucks coffee.!!!! Very bad experience.

Wonderful cinemas: especially the IMAX (great experience with incredible surround sound and visual clarity). The concession stand is OK but lacks healthy airpopped plain popcorn and other guiltless snacks other cinema chains offer.

They have an amazing 4Dx theatre where you feel the movie not only watch it.. yummy cheese qnd caramel popcorn, friendly staff!

We usually enjoy our experience. This time there were a group of teens sitting behind us thinking they were at home talking, shouting, cursing, talking on the phone, kicking us in the back ... and no one tried to stop them.

A great festival of Spanish speaking movies held by the Instituto Cervantes of Beirut was hosted in this theatre and things were very well handled!

The Gold couches are good. Drinks were fine; however, the popcorn was the problem. It tastes real bad (i think its the oil).

Clean the chairs guys ! The premium seats cup holders never cleaned since opening. Hall 7 & 8 are adjacent and no employees to close the doors, imagine watching a movie and the 2 halls sounds are mixed.

No one answers neither the phone, nor Instagram messages, nor Facebook chat. NEVER. Every time i decide to retry and give them a chance it's the same issue. I don't know why you provide a phone number if no one bothers to pick up and help out. You get no help or service whatsoever in case you have an inquiry. How do you expect people to get in contact with you? It's a joke. Plus not everyone would like to book online... Talk about a complex user experience.

One of the best in Beirut, but they do not allow you to bring your own snacks and the choices that they give you are limited!

The cinema hall was dirty. There is only two choices of popcorn. The popcorn was served cold not delicious and in paper bags not carton. There is no security at the door of the cinema hall. All the time people were talking inside the cinema. It was a bad experience. I would not visit again and would not recommend.

I went to see the batman movie. An alarm broke in the middle of the movie and we rushed through emergency exits towards the street only to find that there was no emergency and the movie was over. No refund or apologies were given by Admin.

For everyone who have not tried the gold experience till now, you are missing out. It was the most comfortable movie experience i have ever had. The chairs were extremely comfy, few seats per room in order for you to enjoy the experience without any noise, i just sat there for 2 hours with total happiness.
