It was a dissapointment talking to Cheez Hospitality. I was booking a night with them priced at 350$ per night on their website so when confirming the booking, they messaged me that the total amount was 1650$ ( 600$ the stay ( keeping in mind that on the website it is 350$) (50$ for cleaniness and 1000$ for "security deposit"). So I was shocked due to the huge difference in prices. They did not care and I spoke to them and saying that and they replied that 'i was booking for a birthday gathering so this is why it is 1650$', which of course it did not make sense so i told them that i should have lied and told you that it was a regular gathering or even just a hang out. And then they sent messages telling me if you were less than 6 ppl, we will fix the price keeping in mind that on the website the villa fits for up to 6 people. This is very unprofessional and there is a huge contradiction in the prices and in what they say which clearly makes no sense at all!

Hi dears, Cheez hospitality is like your home ! It’s warm and inviting in the most beautiful part in Beirut. The rooms are tastefully renovated ( I love the natural Lebanese look of the furniture) with wonderful and soft linens ! May and Mikael were warm, very friendly and totally accommodating ! We stayed at several Airb&b all over the world but this home and those hosts are the most exceptional ones! Thank you dear Cheez Hospitality ❤️🥰 Zeina

My friends and I have been in this dreamy villa for 2 days, the villa has a breathtaking view, super large rooms and a great kitchen for preparing food. It is so big that you can lost some of your friends! We played music loudly since there was no neighbours it's totally private. I will never forget this stay, the place has a magical energy! I will definitely repeat this stay!

I could not recommend staying with Cheez Hospitality enough! They are a highly dedicated group of friendly staff who are committed to making your stay with them the best it can be. From small personal touches - to organised tours of the sites of Lebanon - to a laundry service delivered to your door. I originally booked with them for a week but ended up staying for two months, an unforgettable stay!

Highly disappointed and totally unprofessional. They Confirmed our rental of a weekend for 10 people in a villa in Hasbaya. The day we came to pay them they informed us the house was not available anymore. They blamed it on the owner of the villa who decided last minute to spend the week-end there.

When protests broke out in Beirut and my flight was canceled, and refunded 100% due to political unrest, Cheez Hospitality refused to refund my booking, citing a "strict" cancelation policy. This is more then strict, it is completely unethical. Capitalizing on political unrest, and taking advantage of the situation for financial gain is simply terrible, and Cheez Hospitality should be ashamed. Avoid this greedy, ruthless company at all costs.

I stayed in a Cheez Hospitality property for a month while living in Beirut for work. I have to say that Cheez Hospitality is the best company for short-term and long-term stays in Lebanon! I was so lucky to be introduced to Joe, Fadel and Bashir who not only were professional but incredibly kind, generous and friendly. As the COVID-19 pandemic was spreading throughout the country, they made an effort to check-in on me, connect on a personal level and even share their food with me. I simply cannot forget the homemade Lebanese dishes cooked by their moms and will return to Lebanon to join them once again sometime soon. Forever grateful for the support, care and professionalism and I highly encourage anyone to stay in any of their incredible properties located in very central locations across the country.
