Ordered from them with 4 installments. Recieved the items, all was good. First payment, all was good. Second payment, OMT couldn't find my account.I tried for 6 days until finally i paid.i called them and told them not to penalize me since the issue was not my fault and they said ofcourse dont worry. Today I recieved a text message from them saying that I have been penalized and that my payment is late. My due date is on the 18th of each month. So i still have 10 days until my due. And i paid the old 1 few days late because of their technical problem. I keep calling no answers, nothing. Super unprofessional!

Bunch of scam artists...you place an order but all orders come with missing stock. Yet they ask you to pay the full amount. You pay the full amount only to find out that most of the items you ordered are out of stock... so you ask for a refund but they don't give you cash, they give you a coupon. You try to use the coupon on the next order but again end up paying more since the coupon you use is just for show...you end up receiving the package and they ask you to pay the full amount, they don't use the coupon although on your coupon page, it says it's been used...so you again ask for a refund and they refund you with a coupon...and guess what, you will have to order again just to make use of the coupon...and that's how this site makes its money... by giving you partial refunds as coupons for you to keep using their site... Perfect scam if you ask me!

u cannot describe how unprofessional this company is.its throwing your money it trash. 1-different order received. 2-delay with delivery. 3-forget if u have anything to exchange (they make u wait forever). 4-customer support gives u fake promises. 5 forget about calling,they never answer). i know i will get a replay from them to this feedback but only for showing that they have a good customer support.

Waited several months for it to arrive. Arrived not only broken, but also missing a piece. Requested a refund but only got a coupon for half what I paid, and it only applies for orders of 10$ and above. How this company is still operating is beyond crazy to me.

Worst online shopping experience. The package was in a broken bag, There was some parts missing and they wasted my time in emails for 20 days and then they rejected to replace it or refund the money.
