Very friendly and helpful staff, clean animals, and they know how to care of them, got from there two healthy russian dwarf hamsters.

Watch out for the pets they sell!!!!! We bought a rabbit from their shop and it turned out that it had Scabies!!!!! All our house and family member including my children’s are contaminated with those microscopic parasites.

Best place to shower your pet. I took my cat for a wash and I truly loved the service and courtesy of the staff.

We took our dog to this place. We have been loyal costumers for 2 years. We called the lady and she told us that she can take him and shower him and give him a haircut. After 3 hours, we called them and they still didn’t do anything. They put him in a small cage for 3 hours! Very unprofessional and terrible costumer service.

Amazing pet shop and veterinarian, they have so much knowledge and we’re able to treat my kitten who had fungus. They are amazing and they have great prices, amazing cat and dog breeds and all kinds of gadgets for them. If you get a pet from there they have everything you need (a vet, food, gadgets, and a grooming center) Amazing. Keep up the great work

Very professional, friendly service and nice collection from all you need for your pet. Vet and hotel for pet are in the same place.

Surprisingly pushy about sales. I was forced to buy some cream because "they had opened it" without telling me much. The vet there was pushy and didn't really want to hear why I'd brought my cat in. I was looking forward to having a relation where I could feel comfortable bringing my pets in but surely won't be doing that now
