Friendly staff. Shout out to Ibrahim, the kindest receptionist who is always willing to go the extra mile! Rooms are vast, well equipped with everything you need for a short stay, the heater was not working though and despite my several complaints and their several trials, it remained disfunctional. The restaurant is good and the location is central, close to everything.

Great experience if you want to stay a very cozy and comfy hotel , everything was clean and the room service was very fast . Best part of the day the breakfast was superb

5 million LBP for one month, paid. - no hot water unless you remind them about it - water pressure at the minimum which means you cannot take a decent shower or wash hair - wi fi does not work because they have 3 routers for each floor. If you’re in the bedroom, forget about it. Complain and they’ll remember they should install a repeater in your suite and even despite this, wifi is constantly down. Complain again and they’ll blame the internet company. - heating system won’t work if your neighbour has cool air on: there are three compressors for the whole floor - neighbour cooks daily every kind of dish and opens his door to ventilate, overwhelming the entire floor with odor. - freezer doesn’t freeze and they can’t fix it - gym non existent, don’t believe it when they tell you all equipment is inside already. There is nothing luxurious about this place. You’ll live in far better conditions in your own home.and with zero stress and discomfort...

It's a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfy and neat... Amenities such as WIFI, tv, phone and air conditioning system are all available 24/7..The overall atmosphere is cozy. We would recommend this place for anyone looking for a hotel in Beirut city.

This is my favorite hotel in Beirut. I stay each time I visit the city (which is frequently) and wouldn't stay anywhere else. It is clean, good location, and most importantly, warm and kind staff. 10/10
