Hotel Rosengarten

Achtung bei diesem Hotel! Ich kann noch immer nicht fassen, was uns mit diesem Hotel passiert ist! Wir haben via expedia.de gebucht und innerhalb der genannten Stornierungsfrist storniert. Sofort kam eine Bestätigung, dass die kostenlose Stornierung erfolgreich war und wir somit keine Kosten zu erwarten haben. Trotzdem wurde einige Tage später vom Hotel das Geld eingezogen. Auf Rückfrage beim Hotel hieß es vom Besitzer, dass er ganz bewusst das Geld eingezogen habe und es auch nicht zurückzahlen wird. Laut SEINEN AGBs war die Stornierung nicht innerhalb der Frist. Diese AGBs waren für uns nicht einsehbar und wurden angeblich von expedia falsch ins System übertragen. Somit sollen wir das Geld von expedia zurückfordern. (Anmerkung: auf anderen Portalen sind ebenso die gleichen Stornierungsbedingungen sichtbar). Das ganze wurde mir barsch mitgeteilt, außerdem sei ich ja nicht sein Kunde, sondern der von Expedia... Absolut keine Empfehlung, wenn so betrügerisch und herablassend mit den Menschen umgegangen wird!

Arrived on a holiday. Had moldy bread. Very little breakfast items. Added an extra charge for it being a holiday. The added charge was not mentioned when booking it. Owners not knowledgeable of the area. Could not recommend places that were open for dinner or lunch. Not a good Christmas Eve experience. Do not stay during the holidays.

Since our last visit the bathrooms have been improved. We talked to the owner and they still are planning to continuously improve everything. They got big plans for the balkony which should be finished in about 6 weeks. What impressed me was no sign of building stuff. It just happened behind the covers somehow. WLAN was also working better than last time. Everyone is very nice. Good breakfast. Looking forward to our next stay here!

Doesn't have bathroom in room

Nice place, room and bathroom perfectly clean. The staff helpful. Breakfast in form of buffet well done. I can recommend.

Stayed only one night. Rooms are nice and clean. Mixture of old/oldfashioned with renovated, feel of a small family hotel. It was enough for our needs. Were very kind in letting us check out an hour later. No fridge or kettle for coffee/tea in the room (or elsewhere) so if you don't get breakfast in the hotel you have to go out to get coffee.

I’m traveling with a band from the US and we stayed here last night. The hospitality was amazing and the vibe of the hotel was funky and unique. Def the best place we’ve stayed at so far. Can’t wait to come back next year! Thank you!!
