The service was extremely slow. We could see the attendant checking our take away bag many times, slowly, almost zombie-like, for several minutes, and the soup, and the juice, and the soup again, and the juice again, and the fries, before putting it all on the bag. Our number came up as ready, but was erased before we took it (because it wasn't ready), and it didn't come up again (if we weren't paying attention, we never knew when it was ready). Also, I needed to come back for the spoon to eat the soup and the straw for the drink, because it was not in the bag. The experience was very poor. I doubt I'll go back again, especially because a KFC is about to open in the vicinity 🙌.

Good place for a quick bite

My last meal in France before going to the ferry port. I really enjoyed my meal of a Big Tasty and chips followed by a Kit Kat McFlurry. Friendly staff and delivered to my table.

The door to the men's room had no lock. There are no straws. The big tasty no longer has a box, however the prices have gone up quite a bit.

Slowest McDonalds in Portugal, for sure. Food is average (comparing to other McDonalds). Service speed could be highly improved, as the use of the board with the order numbers (they call the number out loud in portuguese, may be difficult for foreigners to understand when their order comes out).

Good staff with good service

I'm at the window now and have been waiting 14 minutes so far. Not exactly fast food. Not even someone to say there is a problem. Tick tock let's go I'm hungry!!

We arrived too late, we were a group of 10 and the manager and team without hesitation served us.

Very busy, good sign. Food not that great, bit cold on presentation, cheeky fact that you have to buy a bag to carry your cold food? But then I suppose it is a fast food joint. To fill your tummy with something, I suppose it will do, not really a fan.

One of the world famous name brand for burgers.they make great burgers starting from simply vegetable burgers.they also make chicken burgers,combo packs are also available in there , different kind of salads,french fries,drinks to choose from,table service is also available there they have wheel chair sitting table also available and wheel chair entrance and parking too.also have children play zone kids park outside of the restaurant,it also have outdoor seating

Staffs should learn some manners how to deal with coustmer..And its been very long time i asked snack wrap but always same answer sorry we dont have..wth?!?

Normally I don't bother to comment on fast food joints but this McDonald's was definitely above the rest, there was a long line so they put someone outside with a tablet taking orders.

Staff very polite. I was very impressed because I ordered a meal for my autistic son, and I had to ask for some changes. The staff understood and prepared the meal the way I asked them.

Bit dirty but as usual very constant

Disappointing client queue manager. It took 10 minutes for anyone to ask what we wanted to eat. I guess they are getting used to the self orders vs the normal cashier type of orders. Meal was decent, a CBO, cheese, bacon and caramelized onion chicken burger.

Very good and fast, passing through on my way to portimao. Order screens have English which is a bonus when you can't speak Portuguese. The big down side, no breakfasts, come on mac Donald's, pull your finger out and get serving mac muffins in the mornings.!!!!! That's why I've given you 3 stars.
