I stay for one night on the begin of Jan 2022 and really think that Hotel Horison is one of the best 4 star hotel at Bekasi city. The building is consist of Old and New separate by the bridge, with nice interior,and also warm staff.

Executive Suites single bed : 1. Have a living room with TV and sofa 2. Have a kitchen set and sink without stove or microwave 3. Have 2 toilet 4. Have a bedroom include toilet, shower and bath tub We ordered some foods from restaurant. Minus : Bath tub and shower are not separated place. Too difficult if we only use shower. Additional Information : We can request for a simple decoration (animal) without additional charge.

The layout of the hotel can be quiet confusing. Limited number of bellboy to help with the luggage. Need to wait for a long time to check in. Even had to get help from the on duty manager since it was taking a long time. Didn't get any towel when we first arrived in the room and had to ask for towel through room service, which got redirected to the operator and still have to wait for a long time until the towel arrived. The room itself was cozy for a 4 star. The hotel itself is within a complex which includes mall so it's easy to get entertainment and food. It's a shame that the service was quite lacking.

This place is beside the metropolitan mall, this place have 2 main buildings. I have 2 nights there, the service was awesome, it has medium pool and large restaurant. The parking lot is medium. But I stay in a rooms with balcony, but the balcony is dirty, the rooms are clean (except for the balcony) and the breakfast menu are limited. The breakfast just tasted okay Overall, Okay

The hotel was pleasant. However the food was not too appealing especially salad. (I dont know why it did not seem so fresh). So, instead I just ate breads and coffee for breakfast.

Located in center of Bekasi, you can go anywhere from here. You can access Metropolitan Mall easily if you got hungry or need buy something down here.

Strategic location, near the West Bekasi toll gate, and connected to the Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. Friendly staff and good attitude. Clean and comfortable.

Located next to Bekasi Barat toll road gate. Within the same location of Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. It has 2 tower with the newer one taller in the West side. Parking available on the building from P5-8. Rooms are quite spacious in the new building but carpet in the hallway is a little bit dated.

Meet and greet with friends @ Met Sky, best place best view and very good ambience. The food are average but still enjoyable. Live music performances are the best.

the room is nice, the food is ok, the security is bad... well as a service company, emphatic is important, my wife was with 2 small kids, having a huge luggage, the first thing i do is dropping the luggage in the lobby, and 2 security upfront just, stare in glare, sir quickly , while there are 1 line for car to pass us, at least you can help to make it faster, better train them, if its on rural area ill acknowledge for their behavior, but then again its bekasi

A great service when I was there. The room was clean, staff super friendly. Durinh holiday season, you need to decide the correct time to have your breakfast. I was unlucky becaise I went to the restaurant a bit late. Some of the food finished by the time I arrived. Need to havr more options for the food and beverages.

Hotel room is spacious with modern design. My sons love the swimming pool and its view. The resto for breakfast is spacious with varied menu. Thanks to Shirly Hani, Reception, who made my weekend. Good luck..

Location is prime. Easy to get there. Especially from Kalimalang, which you don't have to worry about odd/even plate #.

Great location, basically built into a mall nearby. The room was spacious and clean. The AC seemed like it had a hard time keeping up on the daytime but worked better at night. My main issue was the wifi was painfully slow in the evenings, but that was all. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming.

⭐⭐Update⭐⭐: the duty manager, chef and the head security meet me personally after I'm checking out. They personaly meet me and apologize for all the inconveniences i experienced during the checking in progress. All clear, they promised the next time I'm staying, everything will be different. + 1 stars for the effort. The facilities is another 1 stars from me. They still need to improve the roof garden. Beautiful, but neglected. Hope they recover soon after this covid-19 disaster ends. Waiting in line for 1 and half hour, Just to checking in. Yes its Christmas, but you guys need to prepare for it. So unprofessional, Werther's a short staff problem or something else, it hurt my 1st experience stepping into the Hotel. Comparing to another 4 star hotel, you guys do less than a 3 stars, just for your checking-in Progress. Next, I'm requesting a high floor room, and guess what they gave me? A 4th floor room with wall view! YES! A WALL VIEW FROM A 4 STAR HOTEL! what an experience, BAM! back to receptionist Throw they key to the counter, and ask for room change. Took another 30 minutes to get the room my family deserve. Well, You guys doesn't deserve the 4 star rating. Next, the room. Gave 3 stars for it. Cleanliness? Not so much. No towelettes, and dirty smudgy window. Really? 4 star? Really? If not for the supportive and calming SECURITY STAFF that keep calming me down, I'll ask for a refund and stay somewhere else, and kick your guys rating to 1 star. You guys are blessed for having that security staff that keep addressing the problem for everyone. Not even gonna think to have my second stay in this hotel.

Stayed here with my wife and kids for 2 nights, to sum it up, not so good experience, not too bad experience either, but I think this is a loss for a 4 star hotel. This is what I thought for Horison that needs improvement : 1. I expect the hotel will be crowded on chrismast holiday, and I also expect hotel will anticipated that, but no, checkin process takes about an hour, really crowded. 2. Finally got the room, nice interior, quite clean, but upon checking the bathroom, they only provided 1 towel. I've called receptionist and they said they will provide later, well ok. 3. There is this one time that the water turns brown-ish when I'm using hot water, though in the morning, the water turn clean again. 4. Breakfast at 9 but almost all the food is gone :( kadang makananny sudah ada, eh piring atau sendoknya yang nggk ada. 5. If you brought motorcycle, you'll need to park it on Metropolitan Mall Parking Lot. Bagusnya hotel ini connect dengan Mall Metropolitan, banyak makanan, hiburan, permainan anak-anak, yaa not so bad lah.

very satisfying, very good service with hotel facilities that make everyone happy, with a very strategic location, one with the Metropolitan Mall (MM), a beautiful swimming pool for swimming and playing for our nephews & all of us. So it is very complete & correct if our choice to stay in Bekasi is always at the Horizon Ultima Bekasi hotel.

Hotel Layout somehow confusing. The internet connection very slow. I need more than 10 minutes to wait to be able to write this review. Waiting line in the reception taking too long. The frontman doesn't care with menyerobot grab the queue peoples.

Great place with delicious food, but for the access lil bit confusing. You must change an elevator and walk accross the sky bridge to get to the room from lobby, the gym facilities looks like didnt maintenance well

it's comfortable, like home sweet home all clean except inside the cabinet dunno what happened before but when enter the room for 1st time it's full of trash (plastic & bottle)

Not bad. Fitting for the family. Swimming pools and gym available from 3-6pm. Room service is available until 11pm. Was a bit disappointed when I heard that the alcoholic beverages are out of stock but they do have them on their menu. I came here with my kids during weekdays and it was nice, peaceful and quiet. If you want a good deal on your stay, log in to Traveloka or PegiPegi, same way I did. I got my room at a discounted rate. The hotel is also side by side with Metropolitan Mall of Bekasi. So, it was super convenient to do errands or buying items that I needed in my room. Hope you have a pleasant stay too!!

The food is not pretty good

Had a meeting there at Krakatau Hall from 9am to 9pm. It is indeed a volcano theme. Very hot!!!! AC not working at all. Many times asking for technician but no improvement. Only at 7pm a little bit nice. Wondering if the management of this hotel have the purpose to introduce Bekasi atmosphere to the guest? Hot as another planet...... OMG

Never dissapoint.. Service always on point.. Staff is very helpful and are amazing.. Best breakfast buffet on the cheap 4star.. Even har*ris san*ika or as*on never gonna get close on this hotel..

I failed to check in due to administration issue. My agoda status keep showing that the booking is in processing...but the staf was not helping and the agoda CS online respond is low..

Good hotel next to mall. Good hospitality, nice pool, good food. Just confuse of room, dining and other facilities allocation because they have 2 different tower.

Having to switch between elevators is a big downside, especially when you're already tired. Many choices at breakfast and some are really good. Skip the capuccino.

As a five star hotel, of course, we can say that the service is good and the place is cozy. It will always try to represent what it is supposed to be. It is reccomended to choose when you have duty in Bekasi or you just want to have a staycation here. It is located in the heart of the city and so it is strategic. Just come and enjoy the comfort here 😊

My father and and me often visit this hotel the staff friendly and professional, the room clean wifi quiet fast and also in the center of city easy to go anywhere from there.

Nice clean exclusive hotel, but they need to put the air con to lower temperature, during summer, in the afternoon, the main loby facing west sunset, room temperature could raised up over 30 degree in celcius. Perhaps they use less power in this kind of economy, yet the corridors on each floor need air circulation, they need a better solution for this, before turn to become problematic. Mall and ATM just around the premise. The wood deco gave a good exclusive feeling. The services are quite complementary, very polite.

The staff is polite and helpful, the breakfast has many varieties, the lobby is clean, the Sky lounge is great, and they have pool. But I'm very disappointed about the room, I ask non-smoking room but they gave me smoking room, the problem is that the guest on that floor like to smoking cigarettes and the smoke is entering my room. The smoke from guest next door enter through connecting door, making me nauseous. The breakfast is on floor 10th in the 2nd building, you walk through connecting bridge from floor 6, then turn right on to the elevator. The sky lounge itself although not stellar is accommodating for breakfast and dinner.

Fortunatelly I got the road side of view. I heard the other side was just rooftop of another building. I love the breakfast buffet. They have lots of varieties, lots of it. Like you'll get something new from every corner. The buffet for event also great.

Old hotel but ok for the price. The old rooms are in the 2nd to 8th floor. The new ones are in the 11th to 16th floor. Ok for the price but not much that can be done in the hotel itself although they have a lot of free space. Breakfast was ok with a lot of choice and nice view but i wouldn't recommend buying anything besides breakfast.

They need to make sure about the entrance key so the guests can enter the room. And one more thing, when i went out the park area, the ticket was not eligible to be free. The hotel might be forgot to register my car's plate number. Other than that, all is perfect

the hotel location is very strategic. The service were great, the lunch choices were so little thoooo. and the wifi connection were unstable sometimes, so yeah... if you wanna have a meeting there make sure to tell the staff about the wifi connection
