problem

it
hurt
my

experience

hotel,
you
guys
do
less
than
a

stars,
just
for
your
checking-in
Progress.

I'm
requesting
a
high
floor
room,
and
guess
what
they
gave
me?

Throw
they

the
counter,

ask
for
room
change.
Took
another
30
minutes
to
get
the
room
my
family
deserve.

You
guys
doesn't
deserve
the
4
star
rating.
Next,
the
room.
Gave

for
it.
Cleanliness?
Not
so
much.
No
towelettes,
and
dirty
smudgy
window.
Really?

star?
Really?
If
not
for
the
supportive
and
calming
SECURITY
STAFF
that
keep
calming
me
down,
I'll
ask
for
a
refund
and
stay
somewhere
else,
and
kick
your
guys
rating
to
1
star.
You
guys
are
blessed
for
having
that
security
staff
that
keep
addressing
the
problem
for
everyone.
Not
even
gonna
think
to
have
my
second
stay
in
this
hotel.
