The room is clean, the service is great. However, there are still room of improvements for the food and unfortunately the walls are thin hence we could hear our next room's activities pretty clear. Suggest to provide hand sanitizers on each floor/elevators/lobby especially during this pandemic. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in Harris.

I love the room and the location is perfect (Summarecon heart of bekasi). But the service... one thing on service that make me can not give 5 star. Sometimes i have to ask hotel service to change my towel (i already put my towel on the floor) and give new toiletries.

PARKING IS HORRIBLE. They dont provide parking for guest. Hotel doesnt provide vallet. We have to park in the mall WHICH WAS RIDICULOUSLY FULL. And I couldnt get to my car unless the mall is open. I dont recommend coming here if you drive.

Breakfast is various, but they really need to improve their service. I have to argue with front desk staff and frontdesk manager just to ask to leave the room at 12.15 after do dhuhoor pray, meanwhile we were scheduled to use swimming pool 11.00-12.00. We need to take a shower and packing right? Are 15 min too much? I know its a peak season, but please.. Arguing for 15 minutes late checkout? I spent almost 2 hours queuing for check in. I pick room package with welcome drink in traveloka, but thet didnt gave welcome drink as mentioned. If its the new policy, why they didnt erase it in application? If they are so strict with the costumer, they also have to strict with themself 😊

Excellent room and excellent service, especially from Jenti and Suffron. The hotel is next to a very good mall that has many restaurant options, including an indoor hawker centre. The only issue is that my bathroom did not have a bidet. (July 2022)

Strategic location but unfortunately poor service. Had to collect a penny for just additional 1 bath towel request for kids. Gotta questioning 4 stars hotel rating for just a small favor. Better stay elsewhere next time. Obsess over customer experience minded is not that difficult to be fullfilled.

Finally i can stay in here. The best view in the 16th floor. The food is good enough. The location is very strategic. This hotel is connecting to summarecon mall. You can shop many things, eat many kinds of food, and hang out with your family and friend.

Had a business trip and a meeting at Harris Hotel Bekasi. The place is strategic, connected to the mall. The room was nice & the facilities are great enough. They have a swimming pool that had quite a great city view too.

I stayed with a friend for business trip for 5 days 4 nights. Can't really say the room is clean, cause I found a few tiny roach swirling in the room. Breakfast was ok, lots of variety. But on the last day it was very unpleasant for me. I ordered white egg omlette like I already had for 3 days before. It always comes out perfect, but on my last day the cook turned me down after I waited for 15 minutes seeing him serving other guests after me. he says I have to get it from Service which I don't really understand who was the service. The cook was very messy, he burned some of the other guests sunny side up By far this is my worst stay at Harris hotel chains

Nice bedroom, complete facility, there's swimming pool for kids. My children loves it and I can go shopping to SMB Mall.

I know Harris applies the concept of energy saving and environmental friendliness, whatever it is. But too much! Attended meetings for two days, no change of glasses after break. Are you sure the glass is safe and still clean? I found big ants after I had to fill it myself from the dispenser. Likewise I drank with my cup in the room, and the glass was not replaced with a new one after the room cleaning process. Wow, just experienced this. Then the refrigerator didn't work, had time to put food in and the next day it was stale.

This hotel connected to Summarecon Mall through STARS venue. Great staff, good place for staycation, definitely be back here someday. If you need quick grab on groceries, you just need to go to Daily Foodhall inside the mall. Minor drawback, if you're going here by motorcycle, you'll need to park your bike on Summarecon Mall bike parking lot.

The lunch was ala carte since we only 18p however the meat ball soup was cold and the food lunch are not really great taste. Need to improve the menu and the serving process.

Enjoyed here perfect place for staycation, the only hotel near summarecon mall in bekasi, the room and bathroom was huge, you can enjoy music performance at summarecon also the food and drinks merchant, hotel also had swimming pool, perfect place to play with your children or your lover :))

the hotel is connected to the summarecon mall bekasi so if you want to shop, just walk, the food at the mall also has a lot of variety, the mall has live music, more exciting. the hotel is comfortable, and the place is cozy.

The hotel facility is good, the location is near the mall, the meeting rooms are great and neat and the hotel has good services, but still i have bad experience Book for non smoking room but have to stay in smoking room due to the full occupancy, critics for Harris, It's a bad idea to make a smoking room inside an Air Conditioned Room, smoke stain and smell in every corner of your room even after treated I suggest you make an smoking area on some point where people who smoke can use Fortunately the receptionist can help and provide my request to change the room on the next day of stay

Stay for meetings many times. The service and location great. The room could be enhanced, need more additional cleaning to make it super. Also in pool area, especially in weekend as so many children swimming. Food is great, lots of varieties.

My husband and I stayed there for a week in September. The room was clean, the service was great, and the staff was friendly. I extended for stay several days in the hotel. I brought my family to stay with me. We had no complaints. The price/cost was reasonable. My husband and I used the laundry service and we also ordered some food through room service. All was great. If we come back to visit my family again, we already know where to stay.

Large and comfortable bedroom, clean and nice bathroom. As for breakfast, they have various yummy foods. The location is also really close to Summarecon Mall, we just need to walk to get there.❤ Me and my family really enjoy our stay here.

I had a great experience, this is not the first time I stayed here. The location and the reputation of Harris makes me always comeback. The consistency of the service very excellent, the staff also professional and thanked to Mr. Eka the front desk agent. He's very warm, attentive and cheerful. The location also strategic in the middle of Bekasi city. Near by the largest mall in Bekasi that has an easy access to mall near by their lobby. I also could recommend their menus, even I only tried during the breakfast time but I believe it's applied also for lunch, dinner or either room service. Many kind of variety and tasteful. they have a healthy food corner that present their hotel (healthy hotel). They serve Jamu also during the breakfast time, that was awesome. Rooms likes another standard hotels, all runs well but request for additional coffee amenities by phone then never come, maybe she forget but It's okey after all our family bought coffee at mall No much issue, but a little suggestion to display butter for breakfast time (at that time I asked the cooker and she took from the kitchen then served to me and she mentioned it's not display at the buffet). Overall great and thanked also for the hospitality. Sure will be back very soon!

I heard this hotel is the best in this area. It is a good location to connect to the big mall. But I think it is not good management, for example, you can see some ants in the room, dirty machines in the gym. The worst thing is not cool in the public.

our institution maybe one of the most loyal customer. we usually have 3 or more meetings in a year. live cooking food is one favorite station in the restaurant. The room is quite spasial. Linking with Summarecon mall with various food make it easier to taste other food outside the hotel.

Konteks: saya ke sini untuk makan di Harris Cafe sehingga tidak bisa kasih review hotelnya. Food was ok. Drinks were great and fresh. Price was mid-high range but the menu is including taxes so it is easier to read. Wifi was good. What I did not like is that when I and my partner clearly did a meeting and some work there, some of the staffs moved chairs very loudly. We were both stressed. We chose this place as the mall was too crowded. But then here it was quiet only in the beginning until the noises came. I understand that they needed to get things done and tidy up but I noticed some other staff members were cleaning quietly. Only a few of the staffs seemed impatient and move the chairs and tables like they were angry.

A pleasant staycation. Askin for deposit, and I just have some concern with how narrow & sharp of their tables' edge which not friendly and safe room hotel for kids. Aside from those, I enjoy all the provided facilities.

Harris is a family-friendly hotel. Free breakfast for my two children ( 10 & 1 years old). The room is spacious with a comfortable long bench. Harris Breakfast is the Best than other four-star hotels. Despite its perfection, the swimming pool is quite small.

Comfortable rooms with good service. Only, the swimming pool is small. There are plenty of meeting rooms available, so this hotel is suitable for business visits. One more thing, access to public transportation is still lacking.

I stayed for 4 days during my business trip. I stayed with my husband and a 1,5 year old daughter, the more reason to chose a good serviced and CHSE-certified hotel. And I'm glad to chose this hotel. My room have a good view, it also spacious and was cleaned everyday. My daughter was never bored to stay at the room. The staff (eka and bayu) was very helpfull. The location was perfect, you can find various tasty food in Summarecon mall, or even try other local food using online food services. I will, certainly, stay in this hotel again in the future.

The hospitality and the food was good but the stuff was a bitt dirty. There was a dried foam on the coffee strirrer on my room (the day I was check in) 😭 dont they change it or at least wash it before other guess is coming. There was also a dirt stain on the bolster 😢

We had a great time!, the bed was super comfy and so is the pillow, this hotel also had blister (guling) not much of the hotel I've visited had blisters (guling) so I had a very comfortable night! , We didn't get to taste the food because I didn't book with breakfast, the pool was very nice, near it was the kid club, the style was minimalist and nice the room was pretty big, and the bathroom was also really nice, The place also is located near a mall and there's an entrance to enter the mall inside the hotel (Keycard needed) so it's a great place to have fun with your family!

Rooms just fine. They didn't provide comb (I was surprised) but to buy from them. Small fridge was broken 💔, but they give me a good one when I'm complaint. Location just next to shopping mall, very convenient. Will consider to return.

Clean and big room. Internet was terrible in the rooms, not sure why. Breakfast serves great variety of foods. Just next to Sumarecon Mall Bekasi, and can be accessed directly through a connecting door. The gym is standard for a 4 star hotel and the pool is not too big,

stays here during Ramadhan on Harris unique room, the staff are very polite and friendly and the check-in process is fast and no hassle. the parking space is very limited on front of the hotel but you can park on the mall for free, just inform the hotel staff and they will register your vehicle to park free on the mall. As for the room, it is very clean and neat, they maintained it very well, since i stay at Harris Unique Room, it got a very pleasant view, the room is very spacious and have this large window on each side of the wall. As for the hotel location, it is very strategic since it located inside the Summarecon Mall complex, well you can find almost anything here, no shortage of entertainment of course, it is a perfect place for staycation. I have a good experience here, and i am looking foward to stay here again to relax. Keep up the good work Harris Hotel team

Nice hotel. Location next to mall. You can rent a bike at the lobby and ride it at the parking area of the mall (you also can take it outside the hotel if you want to). Swimming pool is a must for the kids
