Great rental car service. Very flexible, easy communication, fair prices and very nice people. The car was absolutely fine and the free WiFi was a great additional feature, especially for tourists without mobile internet access.

Highly recommend using ACR, we hired a car for two days to explore Mauritius and the service was amazing. We were even given a route to follow which really helped as we’ve never been to the Island before. The car was flawless and performed fantastically, will be using ACR again when we return!

We have rented KIA Picanto with this company. The car was in the perfect condition, communication with the company with no problem at all. Our man Ash brough the car directly to our hotel, so we did not have to go anywhere to pick it up. Very friendly, good communication and good price, we definitely recommend this company.

ACR agency proved very efficient, easy to use with no upfront deposit booking. «  Ash », my handler, was very nice, very professional in all the steps. He provided useful detailed explanations and was very punctual. The agency enabled me to use the car more time than originally planned for, for little additional amount and supported my fast change of mind with patience and understanding. A very good company to use.

Great car service higher, they delivered and picked up the car on time, the driver was exceptionally polite and friendly, giving us great advice and showing us the directions to the local market we were going to. Although we did not enjoy driving in Mauritius, we very much enjoyed the excellent air conditioning system in the car and the included Wi-Fi, which made navigation easy on our phone. Highly recommend company.

Great communications, great service, great price! We used ACR Car Rental for the first time in December 2023. After in initial conversation by phone we communicated via WhatsApp which was very convenient and the car of our choice was delivered by a very professional young man. We extended our rental partway through and this change was accommodated without any issues at all. We had the misfortune to hit a hole in the road and suffered a flat tyre but the spare was in good order in the boot along with the jack and all other equipment so a quick wheel change was easy to manage and we were mobile again very quickly. We returned to our hotel quite late on the final day of our rental and were met at the hotel to hand the car back. This was done efficiently and very professionally. The car was in perfect running order and came with in-car WiFi which enabled use of Google Maps for navigating as well as general internet access to check for opening & closing times for our destinations, and to facilitate communication with ACR itself. All in all, a great experience and I have no hesitating in recommending ACR to anyone and indeed hope to use their services again.
