I ordered a lindt hot chocolate and i was served within few minutes. It was delicious !

Terrible service, borderline rude. Hot chocolate was cold. Coffee basic.

The carrot cake was really nice. Fresh and not too sweet. Coffee is good. Gets crowded quickly in the afternoons.

12 Mar 2023. Expensive. Poor service and product quality at Bagatelle. They charge you for addon flavours without even asking or warning you. They yell when part of your order is ready which creates noise and wasnt pleasant. Atmosphere was super super noisy from nearby shops, ruining the coffee shop ambiance. I purchased 1 large capuchino which tasted too much like coffee. The lady then diluted it in brickmilk when i told her the product was unsatisfactory. However, both versions ressembled nothing like cappuchino. The 2 cold coffee latte (with hazelnut flavour) which i ordered were sloppy as well and not value for money. Same applies to their milkshake . A complete waste of money overall. Sad reality.

The coffee is average but the dessert is too dry and the staffing are too loud and shout the orders that destroy the chill vibes

I got a cup of coffee with lipstick mark on it.. Fortunately i saw it so i told them, then prepared another one for me... Still loved the cappuccino...

Atmosphere and decor is nice. Coffee itself, I had the espresso to try and judge the quality. They give out their estrella blend by default and I wasn't asked if I wanted the darker roast. The taste is very acidic, I would question the length of time the beans have been sitting in their dispenser after roasting. To improve on service too, they just shout orders to one another when preparing them. They offer a convenient selection of cafe style food. The muffins are great.

Lovely place to sip a coffee while working on your laptop. They have wi-fi internet available. I like their capuccino because it's not sweet and has great flavours. Well lit portion of the mall and if you're lucky with the weather you'll even enjoy natural sunlight. I was pleased with the service.

I like your place but there is something i cant understand, you earn a lot of money (as i think) so why you did not change your chairs ? its not comfortable. also your Cups, its hard to hold it for while.
